He was only able to understand everything superficially, and his basic guesses about the physical capabilities of chakra users were confirmed. Natsumi had explained in great detail the effects of chakra on all the cells of the body, but for Kenshin it was a dark forest.

3 - Chakra Control. This parameter is responsible for a shinobi's skill in chakra manipulation, and is one of the key parameters that a shinobi must achieve to reach the highest level in order to reach Kage level. Chakra control is also required to perform the most complex techniques with a minimum of hand seals. Shinobi with excellent chakra control can perform low to medium level techniques with a single seal, or no seals at all. Chakra control also slightly improves a shinobi's physical attributes, allowing chakra to more competently infuse muscles and internal organs.
