She opens up a clinic & physical therapy place & has state of the art prosthesis & works in the background. Doesn't want her fame to taint it. Only Harry & Ginny know its her. Ron's off playing quidditch & groupies. Most people think Hermione either lost it after Ron dumped her (LMAO, as if) & ran off to America or is an unspeakable.
Draco somehow lost a limb/s in the war. He & Severus have been on the continent hiding out & convalescing these 10 ish years. Both thought dead & given pardons but something threatens the Manor or Narcissa... Whatever. They come back. Only Harry & Kingsley knew they were not dead this whole time. Press chaos ensues.
Draco, still somewhat of a pompous prat, demands only the best & when he finds out he can have more than a stump prosthesis demands to be treated by the best, and only the best, & thus by the owner & founder.
