In Memoriam (Post-game memorial service)
They truly are an angel. Because every toy life which Poppy had thought was dead, had somehow lived, even to the ones Poppy thought were already dead. Huggy survived his fall because The Angel had known that there was ample cushioning for breaking ones fall at the bottom of the chasm, MML accidentally turned on the large grinder but The Angel had saved her from it. All of the Smiling Critters had faked their deaths and were surviving this whole time. Catnap was about to get skewered when The Angel and Dogday had came to the rescue and fended off The Prototype long enough for all of them to escape. And now that The Prototype is long gone, Poppy, The Angel and the rest of the surviving toys can make it outside. But first, a funeral service for the many lives lost.
After a little bit of talking with eachother, everyone decided to have some music be played by a Playtime.Co branded music player device, managed by Bunzo of course, since he's the only one musically trained. The funeral itself was peaceful and beautiful. Since they are to be rested outside the factory, facing the sky, the sun, and the moon. The souls of the dead really deserved one, since their deaths, their last moments on earth, was brutal and painful. The entirety of the survivors couldn't even find some of the bodies, nor most of their...parts. So they were only able to bury most but not all of the dead.
But it's now time for the encore. To make sure that the spirits and the survivors have a peace of mind, they decided to burn The Prototype's body along with the factory. To be able to move on from this painful memory of terror, pain, suffering, and trauma. And Bunzo said he knows a good song that Poppy could sing to vent everyone's frustrations. After a short guitar intermission, Poppy start's singing.
"They cry in the dark, so you can't see their tears. They hide in the light, so you can't see their fears. Forgive and forget, all the while. Love and pain become one and the same. In the eyes of a wounded child.
Because hell, hell is for children. And you know that their little lives can become such a mess. Hell, hell is for children. And you shouldn't have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh"
While Poppy sings, Huggy and Kissy carry out the body of The Prototype into the main lobby. Making sure to cover him in as much gasoline that they have. And since there are still loads of reserves of the Poppy gas inside of the factory, it's likely that the place will explode rather than go up in flames. According to Bubba.
"It's all so confusing, this brutal abusing. They blacken your eyes, and then 'pologize. Be daddy's good girl, and don't tell mommy a thing. Be a good little boy, and you'll get a new toy. Tell grandma you fell off the swing.
Because hell, hell is for children. And you know that their little lives can become such a mess. Hell, hell is for children. And you shouldn't have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh. No, hell is for children!"
As Poppy sings and the music picks up, the two then both strike a match and toss it into the body of The Prototype. Engulfing it in flames.
"Hell, hell is for hell! Hell is for hell! Hell is for children! Hell, hell is for hell! Hell is for hell! Hell is for children!"
As the flames get bigger and bigger, eventually engulfing the whole building. The group decides to back up a bit further to not get caught in the upcoming explosion. As they look on, and as the music keeps rising. The fires slowly get closer to the gas reserves.
"Hell, hell is for hell! Hell is for hell! Hell is for children! Hell is for children! Hell is for children!"
And as the song comes to a close, the flames and the gas finally reach eachother in time with the music. Turning the place of bad memories into a massive chemical reaction called an explosion. Turning the building into rubble. Playtime's over.
