Doctor Who X Reader - Sleeping Cats
By this point, you weren’t even surprised anymore. It happened every single time you landed in a new world, so what would make this one any different? The only thing you found really weird was that it was cat nuns this time. Right after you had landed, they had snatched you right out of the Doctor’s hands. Turns out they’re trying to find cures for every disease that is known and want to test it on you.
They brought you to a room full of cells and pods, and threw you into one of the cells. It was dark and disgusting. There was no bed, no toilet. Just the bars and the floor.
“We will be back when the sun is down,” one of them said. They all walked out, not hearing your yells.
“Son of a bitch,” you said to yourself. “How am I gonna get out of this one?”
Looking around, you saw nothing that could help. With a heavy sigh, you sat down on the least dirty bit of floor you could find and put your head between your legs. Hopefully the Doctor would come and save you.

A few hours later, it was around noon. You had fallen asleep apparently, and when you were woken up, you immediately went to punch whoever was touching you.
“Don’t touch me you stupid cat!” You yelled, groggy from sleep. When you yelled that, a hand was slapped over your mouth.
“Shhh! They’re sleeping!”
“Doctor?”
“Yes. Now, let’s get out of here, shall we?” You nodded and he helped you off of the floor.
“What took you so long?” You asked as you started running.
“They have very good defenses for this lab. I had to get a key because my sonic wasn’t working. Sorry.”
“The sonic didn’t work? Damn. Well, at least you came back.”
“Why wouldn’t I come back?”
“I dunno,” you said with a shrug. “Too tedious?”
“You’re never too tedious to save,” he said after a moment. That made you smile.
“Now, let’s get off this planet!” You said happily.
