So, somehow despite River Tam being my favorite character in Firefly, I got fixated on drawing Inara for a minute (few years back, now.) This is the first of 2 marker drawings I did of her with dresses I designed (while still trying to fit the general aesthetic of the character.) No photo references used on either one, though, so please excuse any glaring inaccuracies...
