When all the contestants arrived at their first destination and challenge, they all groaned when they got off the plane.
It was just a plain field of grass.
That wasn't the challenge itself, though. They first had to either run or walk to their next destination, which was about 50 miles from where they were.
These were the groups that went together while walking/running:
Priya, Caleb, Millie, Damien, Nichelle
Wayne, Raj, Bowie
Ripper, Chase, Zee
MK, Julia

Julia went with MK just because the others were "buttknuckles who weren't worth her time" and apparently MK wasn't one of those people.
"Hey MK, got a new strategy this season?"
"Firstly, do you? 'Cause you're the type to get eliminated pretty quickly considering our last two seasons."
"I- uhm.. yes!" Let's just say, Julia wasn't exactly.. prepared for that question.
"Then what is it?" MK crossed her arms and looked up to Julia, already hating the height difference between them.
"..okay I may not have one-! But I'll make up a new strategy in no time!" MK didn't believe that bullshit.
"Sure you will."
"Do you even have one?"
"I am still working on one but I do plan to use my season one strategy: flying under the radar!"
"..you're so dead after I'm gone.." Julia facepalmed herself in disbelief. MK was gonna be next after her.
"Oh c'mon! Not like you have a perfect strategy anyway, you don't even have one!"
"That might be true.. but there's gotta be some drama around here, we can use that to our advantage."
"You're gonna be the one who causes it."
"Maybe I will."

MK had managed to keep her calm around Julia.. or at least for now.
All the campers had by now managed to reach the starting point for their challenge.
They first had to construct a raft using some things that probably shouldn't be used to construct a raft, yet it was still possible. Then they had to ride the raft onto the shore across from them. Next, they had to find pieces of a boat scattered all around the island they just rode to. Lastly, they had to construct the boat and ride it back to the starting line, winning immunity and a reward if first. Second team to arrive wins immunity for tonight, and last team heads to elimination.
(I won't describe the challenge right now, but if you want to know what interactions people had during it, I might write them if like 3+ people want it)
Team Chris is really really really really egotistical lost the challenge and are heading to elimination tonight.
Team Victory won immunity and reward, which is just first class, but they're the first to experience the luxury, and possibly the last time they'll gain this luxury. Team Amazon just won immunity for tonight.

Team Amazon was in the loser class, Caleb and Millie talking about Priya, Zee just drinking his soda, MK looking out the small window, and Julia complaining about how they didn't get first class.
MK wasn't just looking out that window though, she was thinking. Thinking about Julia, again. She didn't know what to do, how to do it, or- anything. She was mainly a bit scared of rejection and embarrassment. Sure she's felt those things before but.. this was different. This was Julia MK was thinking about, Julia's complicated.
MK tried to think of many ways she couldn't have a "crush" on Julia, but ended up with like five things and a ton more of how she could like Julia. This was not going well.
Julia noticed MK was basically staring out that window for like thirty minutes, so Julia went to talk to her.
"MK, why have you been staring out that window for thirty minutes?"
MK didn't notice Julia at first, but eventually turned around to see her standing in front of MK.
"Uh- what?"
"Why have you been staring out that window for thirty minutes?"
"Just.. thinking."
"About?"
"No need to be so invasive Julia, but it's about.. tomorrow's challenge. I don't know if we're gonna be out or not, considering these people know our plans already." MK lied through her teeth. Sure, it was true that she didn't know about tomorrow's elimination, but it wasn't what she was thinking of in the moment.
"We'll be fine, MK. We just have to win the next challenge, and first class too, preferably."
"Got it."
