Chapter 19

Kid and his crew, the kid pirate, were still on the island the red line. Watching the echo execution of Portgas D. Ace, the Son of the king of the Pirates and… to be completely honest, it’s going all to fucking shit. The Marines and Navy are losing dying left and right, but currently right now the battlefield is completely and utterly still and quiet because.

Fleet admiral Sakazuki Akainu just went on a long explanation rant of who it’s for the greater good and how pirates are evil and how Ace We’ll just follow his father‘s footsteps in a whole bunch of other bullshit that got on Kids last nerve as he Watch to the broadcast.

And then, and then Monkey D. Luffy, Who had literally fallen out of the sky after breaking into and then out of impel down, broke out at least 500 impel down prisoners, and now, who is standing beside Whitebeard, on the White beard pirates ship the Moby Dick.

And she starts to chuck, a chuckle that turns into a laugh, a chuckle that turns into a cackle. A cackle that was anything but amused or humorous, it was pure unadulterated fucking evil laugh, it was the type of laugh that had everyone on the Battlefield looking at her in shock and horror. Her eyes gleaming with a fiery determination, a fiery rage that had not been seen by anyone in the world of pirates before. And she points to the fleet admiral, Who was across the battlefield all the way at the execution platform besides Ace, and says, “You, you’re my next target.”

And with that, in one swift movement, she snatched one of the swords from the Whitebeard pirates, and faster than a blink of an eye she shot forward, her rubber limbs flinging her forward like a slingshot towards the fleet admiral, and without hesitation, she stabbed the sword through The side of his head at the ear, and ripped the sword forward with a sickening crack of bone and rip of flesh and muscle, cutting his head in half.

The world around them stopped. The navy and the marines stood frozen in shock, their eyes wide in horror as their leader's body dropped to the ground, a fountain of blood erupting from the gaping hole where his head used to be. The tension on the battlefield was palpable, the air thick with the stench of fear and the metallic tang of blood.

On the Victoria Punk, the Kid pirates watched their captain's reaction, expecting an explosion of fury, but instead, Eustass Kid was silent, his eyes glued to the screen. His hand clenched around the railing until his knuckles turned white, and the only sound was his heavy, ragged breathing. Slowly, a smirk grew on his face, his teeth flashing in the flickering light of the TV. He had seen the impossible, the unthinkable, and it had been done by none other than Monkey D. Luffy, the girl pirate with the audacity to laugh in the face of the world's strongest navy, and then kill him on live television. And it was in that moment that the seeds of love were planted in his heart, a fiery obsession that grew with every breath he took.

"So, she's the one," he murmured to himself. "The one who'll shake the world."

In the quiet of the Victoria Punk's cabin, Eustass Kid replayed the scene over and over in his mind. The way Luffy had moved, the sound of the blade slicing through Akainu's skull, the sheer power and confidence that radiated from her as she stood there, soaking in the chaos she'd just unleashed. It was a performance so mesmerizing, so terrifying, that even the most hardened pirates on the seven seas would have had to take notice. And he had noticed.

Heat’s eyes flicked in between Kid, and Killer and Wire, who were all frozen in their tracks, watching the television. He leaned closer to Killer and Wire, his voice dropping to a whisper that only the two of them could hear. “Okay, Captain and the Strawhat chick can never meet, ever. He’s going to go full Yandere style fucking love-crazy if he meets her after this.”

Killer chuckled nervously, his hand running through his hair. “You might have a point there, Heat. We’ve never seen him like this before.”

Wire nodded in agreement, his eyes never leaving the screen. “Yeah, I think it’s best if we keep him away from her for a while, at least until we figure out what’s going on with his head. I don’t think he’d take it too well if she didn’t feel the same way, especially after that little show she just put on.”

The two of them exchanged a knowing look, understanding the gravity of the situation. The last thing they needed was for their captain to get distracted by a crush, especially one that could potentially end in disaster. But as they watched the broadcast continue, showing Luffy’s fiery battle with the Navy, they couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe towards the girl who had just taken down a fleet admiral.
