The Cunning Hares Plan

Later that night, The Cunning Hares return to their apartment.

Nicole: Hey, you guys, it wasn’t just me who felt something off, right?

Anby: You are talking about the proxies, right? If so, I agree that something was off about them today.

Billy: You don’t think it's because of the payment, right? We promised them that we would pay them later on.

Nekomata: Relax, Billy, it’s not because of that. I believe they are hiding something from us.

Anby: How could you tell? Even I had difficulty seeing if they were lying.

Nekomata: Us cats can tell human emotions. Why do you think cats go and lie down on people who are stressed? For fun? No. It's because we can tell something is up; that’s why they act like that. Meow!

Nicole: Anyways, now that we’re all on the same page, I feel it’s up to us to do something about it. To begin with, we are also responsible for dragging them into this mess. Ever since we exposed Vision Corporation, this mess has been going on. Then we recommended them to Belobog, which allowed them to discover the weird sacrifice or something. After that was the mess in the Ballet Twins Hollow, where they had to rescue Rain and team with Victorian Housekeeping, but Perlman escaped. Luckily, the Sons of Calydon found him, and they had their messes, which they helped. Lastly, all the mess of Section 6 and Bringer probably took the most immense toll on them. We have relied on them so much that it almost cost them their lives, and now we have to do something for them, too! So, who’s with me?

Billy: WOW, Nicole, you sounded so inspirational! I’m with you on this. But what should we do then? And how do we convince the managers to follow along with this?

Nicole: Don’t worry about it, Billy. I was thinking about throwing a party for them to commemorate their hard work. They deserve it for their hard work.

Anby: That is an excellent idea, Nicole. But how should we do it? Will it be enough for us to carry on with this plan?

Nicole: Don’t worry about it. Have you forgotten we now have everyone else’s number? If we contact them and tell them what we plan to do, they should be on board to help with this. They probably feel the same about them.

As Nicole finishes, she quickly pops out her phone and makes some calls. She contacts the others and tells them about the plan she wants to do, and they all agree to help out. She then tells them to meet in the Outer Ring to discuss this in more detail.

Nicole: Alright then, everyone is on board with this plan now. We are all going to meet up to discuss further about this.

Nekomata: But what about the proxies? How will we ensure they don’t notice that we are planning something, meow?

Nicole: I will leave that job for you and Anby to care for. Since I know that Billy will probably spill the beans about this, you and Anby will keep the proxies away from this until then.

Billy: HEY THAT’S MEAN! But I guess it's true. We’re leaving this to you both, ok?

Anby: Understood.

Nekomata: You got it!

Nicole: Alright then, Mission: Party for the Proxies, it’s on! But it’ll have to wait until morning now. We need to rest; it's night, everyone.

Rest of Cunning Hares: Night.

Their mission started as the Cunning Hares devised their plan and contacted the other factions for help. Will it be a smooth sail, or will some problems arise? What will be of the proxies? Will they be able to find the light in this, or will they be more weary about the future? Only time will tell.
