Summary
When Cedric gets hit with the killing curse he ends up in the underworld because his father is actually Hephaestus god of fire. The gods decide to bring him back and send him back to Hogwarts to help Harry.(There will be an OC named Tru who is the daughter of Aphrodite but instead of being super girly it's more like she is the daughter of Ares, you'll understand.
