I feel like after the 30 years, Heinkel would change her cover around her mouth but not get any skin graphs and put them on that missing area because it shows their failure at protecting Yumie/Yumiko from freak Walter. And I know damn well that the Section 13 will not care for the orphans that were under Anderson's care; they would just use them of testing and make more regenerators. So what I say is that to somewhat heal this traumatized child is to let her take care of the kids to keep them away from the chruch.
