Integra has a male staff of people working at the manor. Beacuse when you look at it she only has male soliders, now i dont know about the maids cause we only really see Walter. But even though she has Seras, that is just one other female employee. Thats it. Just. Seras. Now if she did decide to have a mixed staff of male and female soldiers i would be hard for them to be trained. Not because they are women no, its cause of the time period they are in and also you dont see that much of female soldiers in some places. Hell look at The Major, he had 2 female generals. He has one upped Integra by 1. To me that means that in terms of not wanting staff to fuck each other, there are no female solider and maids.
