Day 8 Planning
Wooyoung placed the library as he, Seonghwa, and Yunho waited for Hyungwon to show up.
“ You’re going to burn a hole in the floor if you keep that up,” Seonghwa said as he leaned against a bookshelf reading a book.
“ He shouldn’t be late then I have important things to do.”
“ Like what? Sleeping in front of the fire palace, playing another round of smash bro’s, or being watching another anime with Jungkook and them.” Yunho said as he looked out the window.
Wooyoung looked at him a comeback ready at the tip of his tongue when he turned to look at him. Yunho was sitting on the table next to the window. That’s what it felt all they ever did was look out the window, watch a show or movie together, play video games, Or nap in front of the fireplaces. Seem to be the only thing that everyone did. Everyone finished their winter homework the first week because there wasn’t anything else to do in the castle.
No one wanted to admit it but Hyungwon was right. They were going crazy sitting around in the castle not doing anything. Everyone was a little more testy than usual from the feeling of being trapped in. They knew the storm was the only keeping inside but knowing they had an option of getting out and back that they haven’t used before made everyone a little hopeful. The thought of going into town and seeing people other than each other.
“ Sorry, I’m late boys I had to get grab something,” Hyungwon said stepping into the library. They turned to look at him to see he was shaking snow out of his hair with a piece of paper hanging out of his sweatshirt. He walked up to one of the tables and laid the paper out for them to see.
They walked closer to see a map of the school. Wooyoung frowned as he looked at the map not seeing anything special about it.
“ A map is going to help us how?” He said looking at it.
“ Just wait for it three..two..one,” Hyungwon said as they watched a pair of footsteps appear on the map with a name they all knew well walking from the teacher's hall.
“ A marauder’s map,” Seonghwa said looking at it.
“ How did you get a marauders map?” Yunho said looking at him confused.
“ Wait I know this map,” Wooyoung said as he looked closer at it. Everyone in their group knew who the map belonged to. It was the map that Edawn used to find the animals that go missing sometimes when they wander off. Or it is used to catch students breaking curfew or cutting class the map was put up and away because you could find anyone or anything you're looking for.
“ How I got it is not the main concern here.” He said as he pointed to the map to Professor Ji-Young’s name as his footsteps left the kitchen and started walking back to the teacher’s hall of the school.
“Every day at 3:45 or even sometimes at 3:30 he leaves to refill his tea and doesn’t come out until 6:30 for dinner and then he stays for the rest of the night until 10:00 when he dose his round checks to make sure we are all still in school,” Hyungwon said
“ How do you know this,” Yunho said looking down at the map.
Hyungwon reached into his pocket and pulled out a notebook and set it on the table to show them a timetable.
Professor ji-Young’s schedule
[8:00 AM- comes out for coffee and food]
[10:00 AM- Goes to the library]
[11:30 AM- Goes to the kitchen for tea and snacks]
[12:00 PM- Goes to his office or back to the teacher's hall]
[3:30 PM or 3:45 PM- Goes to refill his tea]
[6:30 PM- Dinner]
[10:00 PM- Checks on Everyone ]
“ How long have you been planning this out,” Seonghwa said looking over the timetable.
“ A while I was going to say something on New Year to you guys about this but with the secret Santa thing this seemed to be the perfect moment.”
“ Okay so we have to set alarms to go off around each of these times depending on when we leave I suggest we go around the time he leaves for his office it gives us the biggest leeway for everything,” Yunho said taking the notebook from the table
“ But we might have to take turns going back and forth going in groups so he doesn’t feel like we're up to everything so that solves how we avoid cleaning the school for the rest of the brake but the floo powder,” Wooyoung said crossing his arms as he thought about it.
“ I think that’s where I come in,” Seonghwa said setting the book he was reading earlier on the table it was opened to the index of the book.
“ And an index is going to help us how?”
Seonghwa shook his head as he flipped to the pages he bookmarked showing the different plants waiting for them to read over everything before moving on to the next one.
“ I still don’t get it,” Hyungwon said as he looked at the pages over.
“ It’s how we make the floo powder,” Yunho said looking over the plant.
“ why can’t just get some do we have to make it?” Wooyoung said
“ Listen I only thought as far as getting out the school and bypassing the storm sneaking into the teacher's hall to nab floo powder was not on the list.”
“ Maybe if you paid attention in class more,” Wooyoung said looking at him.
“ Maybe if you paid attention in class more.” Hyungwon mocked as he looked at him.
“ Do you just like to hear yourself talk?” He said looking at Wooyoung.
“ Oh, that’s rich coming from the loudest one out of all of us.”
“ Children please,” Yunho said
“ How will it take to make it.”
“ Two maybe three days one from trial and error, the second is the test run, and the last day will be go time.” Seonghwa looking back over the book.
“ Okay, so I and Hyungwon will get Professor Ji-young’s scheduled mesmerized and timed so that leaves you and Wooyoung with the powder,” Yunho said.
“ Sounds like a plan.”
“ Yup.”
“ Okay so in three days we get to be around people other than each other.”
