ORIGIN: Lucien Tavelle was an amateur cyberneticist and transhumanist, who implanted himself with a variety of cybernetics in order to expand his consciousness, but his mind shattered in the process, and a new personality surfaced with no memory. Lucien eventually managed to resurface after Molly was shot and killed (see file: ONI)
POWERS: Extensive cybernetics include enhanced strength, speed, durability, vision, reflexes, x-ray vision, scanning technology, and the ability to generate miniature tachyon fields (usually formed around twin swords to simulate flame)

NOTE I: Following his reemergence, Lucien spend years working on a means of ascending his consciousness (see archive: THE COGNOUZA PROGRAM), but his plan was stopped (see file: THE MIGHTY NEIN) and his mind was once again shattered. He remains in a coma to this day
