Since it's well MIDDLE SCHOOL mizurui they're obviously not uh mentally well meanwhile shizukasa are at least mentally better.
Mizuki still has the conflict of telling their secret, but this time they're pre-transition
Rui does not gaf about Tsukasa but it's Tsukasa Tenma so he is INSISTENT on becoming Rui's friend
(Ruikasa gets sick in the rain at one point but that's smth else. Also shizumizu bake cookies together)
