Even Bloodbags only have so much blood in them-it's uncouth to eat of their flesh, Dulcinea has always said, but she still tears at the bodies with everyone else once there is nothing left. The skin does not fill their empty bellies, nor do the bones they chew for marrow that does not give them anything-they cannot digest the food, and they retch it up. The worst ones off lap up the vomit off the ground too and more and more are worse off as the years go by(the Priest, who preaches against eating flesh, assuring them it will do them no good, is on his knees by the end of it, choking down the bones), until the corpses are worn down to nothing(by this time they have finished off the rats, both living and dead and rotten, and all of them have cut each other(and done worse) to drink of their acidic blood which does nothing to satisfy).
This is at the end of the first hundred years, when there are no longer remnants of Bloodbags-they will be trapped in there for a hundred more.
