Ecology of the worlds in the dream

This story will describe the Ecology of the various worlds in the dream. It's as much for my own reference as for my readers. A summary of each world and the length of time that the dream exists for, as well as how long the local day is if there is one. As I add more than a paragraph of detail, each world will get it's own chapter. Note that the worlds go in order of odd prime numbers for which general layer they are part of. (1, 3, 5, 7)
