Damn Maddie Nolen
Vi’s eyes widened as she took in the information. Caitlyn has an ex? Caitlyn was in a serious relationship?
“Vi?”
Vi was snapped out of her thoughts and focused back on Caitlyn. She cleared her throat and responded. “So who’s this ex?”
Caitlyn audibly sighed. “Her name is Maddie. Maddie Nolen. And… I want to file a lawsuit against her.”
Vi's eyes widened yet again. Did she hear her right? A lawsuit? Caitlyn had never once asked for a lawsuit.
“A-are you sure about that…?” Vi responded hesitantly.
Caitlyn narrowed her eyes. “I am one-hundred percent sure, Violet.”
Vi cleared her throat. “O-okay. Well… I'll need to know what your claim is. Can't file a lawsuit without a claim.”
Caitlyn sat up straight and locked eyes with Vi. “Maddie Nolen posted a video of me. Without my consent.”
Vi raised an eyebrow, “what kind of video?”
Caitlyn narrowed her eyes.
“The sexual kind.”
