A Random HHr Lazy Day
Hermione was holding her Super Nintendo game controller in her hands, manipulating the buttons like a mad expert.
"Hey, Mione, I'm here."
The door to her bedroom opens and in steps Harry.
"Hey, Harry," she greeted her boyfriend.
Harry closed the door upon entering and he gives Hermione a quick kiss on the cheek, setting down the bag full of snacks he got from a local gas station while walking to the Granger residence. He then sits down next to her.
"Oh, is this Legend of Zelda?" Harry asks.
"Yeah. A Link to the Past, basically. I'm trying a new game in which I do not collect any Heart Containers or Heart Pieces. A Three Heart Run, basically."
"Self-made Hard Mode, huh?"
She nods. "Yup. At least until mum or dad buy a new PlayStation since mine got stolen, remember? Other wise I'd be enjoying some Final Fantasy VII and trying to explore the rest of Shinra HQ to save Aerith."
Harry frowned, recalling the theft of the gaming console from someone who was supposed to be a friend. The console was never recovered.
"Sometimes, it's fun to play older games. Reminds me of our childhood playing Super Mario Bros. together when we were little."
Harry chuckles a bit, remembering their fun play dates.
"Isn't The Legend of Zelda basically about exploring dungeons and being murdered by chickens?" asks Harry.
Hermione laughed.
"Only because you were curious about what would happen if you hit a Cucco one too many times the first time we got to play this game when my dad bought it for Christmas on the year of it's release on store shelves."
"How was I supposed to know I'd get murdered by blood-thirsty chickens if I hit one a lot of times with the sword?"
The seventeen year old smiles softly at Harry.
"Well, be lucky that kind of stuff doesn't happen in real life. Though, it would be fun if magic did exist."
"True. Would be really cool of magic was real. But attacking chickens in real life will make you a huge arsehole if you decide to swing a sword at them all willy-nilly."
Hermione nods. "Hmm, yup. Real arsehole if you abuse real life chickens."
"Oh, yeah. On my way over, it started to snow. So... looks like today is our first snowfall of December."
Hermione hits the button on her controller to bring up the status menu, and she gets up to check out her windows, yanking the curtains open.
"Wow... it really is snowing."
"Yeah. It was coming down thicker once I got to your house, Hermione."
"Well, considering mum and dad are out on a dentist convention trip and your adopted mum and dad are on their anniversary trip, why don't you stay here for a few weeks, hm?"
Harry grins, moving up behind the young woman and slipping his arms around her waist.
"As if you need to ask, Mione," he whispers into her ear, making her giggle at his loving affectionate tone.
Harry gently pulls Hermione away from the window and over to her bed, both topping onto the mattress. Hermione turns around and locks lips with Harry. Harry's hands roam all over Hermione's young womanly curves as Hermione's hands unbutton his shirt he was wearing. The game was forgotten for the next hour as the two teenagers made love to one another.
