Chapter 2
After Finn and Leo had seen Logan’s lovely tribute to them, they had decided they wanted to get it too… with an alteration of course. So on their next date day, they went to the same artist and everything.
Neither of them had ever gotten a tattoo before, so it was nerve wracking and a bit painful. Well actually a lot. Needles sucked especially when they were pressing repeatedly into your skin. Both of them clung to each other’s hands as the artist worked.
Leo couldn’t stop tracing his fingers around the bandage on his chest, his mind spinning as they drove him. He had his boys as a permanent part of him, where he went. Finn reached across the center console, intertwining their fingers.
“You ready to show him?” Finn asked as they pulled onto their block, his fingers tapping nervously on the steering wheel.
Nodding as he stared out the window, Leo let out a breath, “Yeah. Yeah, I am. Might cry a bit though.” He muttered.
Finn let out a laugh, squeezing the younger boy’s hand, “You and me both, Lovernut.” He agreed, pulling into their driveway. They both head into the house, kicking off their shoes.
“Lo! We’re home!” Finn yelled as he hung up his jacket.
Logan peeked over the top of the couch, grinning at the sight of his boys, “You’re home early!” He said as he stood up to meet them.
Pulling the shorter boy to him gently, Leo pressed a kiss to the top of his head, “Well, we missed you too much.”
Humming happily, Logan pulled them to the couch so he could flop in the middle, cuddling up to both of them. He loved their little days. Even the ones without him he loved because they came home to him afterwards and he got to hear all about it.
“So what’d you guys do? New bookshop?” He asked, leaning back into Leo’s chest. As Logan rested his head back, he felt an unfamiliar crinkle on his boyfriend’s chest, “What’s that?” He asked curiously, his hands automatically going to pull at the collar of Leo’s shirt.
Logan’s eyes widened when he saw the familiar bandage on his chest, “Is that? Did you..?”
A mischievous grin spread across Finn’s face as he watched Logan struggle to pull their boyfriend’s shirt off, “You’ve got such a way with words, Tremz.” He teased, pulling his own shirt off.
The look on Logan’s face when he saw Finn’s matching bandage was priceless. His eyes looked as though they were about to pop out of his head. “Do you wanna see, mon chou?” Leo asked as he began to peel the edges of his bandage off.
Logan was nodding before he had even finished the sentence, “Please.” He croaked, moving to sit back so he could watch them both pull off the bandages. A small gasp escaped his lips as he saw his boy’s new tattoos.
Their boat. They both had gotten their boat right in the same spot. He leaned in close, tears welling up in his eyes as he saw the names, “You named them after us.” He sniffled, wiping at the tears that began falling down his cheeks.
Leo’s boat had The LoFi across the side, while Finn’s read The LeLo.
Finn reached out, grabbing one of Logan’s hands, “We wanted you to know that we’re with you forever, y-you’re our forever, too, Logan.” He murmured, his voice cracking as he pressed a kiss to Logan’s knuckles.
“We love you, Logan, and you will always be our forever.” Leo murmured, resting his hand on Logan’s knee.
They all were crying at this point, emotions high as they held onto each other.
“I can’t believe you guys did this. We have matching tattoos.” Logan laughed, wiping at his cheeks. “I love you both so much. I can’t believe I get to have you as my forever.”
The boys cuddled together on the couch, bodies pressing together every way that they could.
If this was their forever, there was nowhere better to be.
