Light woke up to the shattering of glass.
"Vernon!" A high pitched voice screamed. It gave him a headache. Really, had Misa not learnt to keep her voice down when he was sleeping? Even Gods needed their sleep.
Light turned over, ignoring the shouting in his background, ignoring the cold and the lights.
His forehead still hurt. His eyes were swollen. There was no ache in his chest, thank the Gods, but he was tired and if these people don't shut up, he will put the fear of Yagami Raito into them.
Wait.
Yagami Raito was dead.
There was a giant, a Ryuuzaki doppelganger, a man dressed in so much black that Ryuk would have been impressed.
Yagami Raito was dead.
A body not his own.
Whose body is this?
