Summary
Remus Lupin is twenty-five and his life is in shambles. After an accident while on a mission for the secret organization the Order Of The Phoenix, he's done with dangerous, covert operations, forever. Unfortunately, a year after the accident, he's jobless, friendless, and about to be homeless. Then Sirius Black, a detective, offers Remus the second room in his flat as a favor to a friend. Sirius pulls him back into the world he's sworn to leave behind forever, and the worst part? The worst part is that Remus loves it. And maybe, just maybe, he's starting to love something else too. Or someone.Basically, a nonmagical Sherlock-inspired Wolfstar AU. I tried to replace the Sherlock characters with the Marauders and co (Sirius being Sherlock and Remus being John, mostly) but since they're different characters, things won't line up perfectly and I don't want to force it. You don't have to have seen Sherlock to understand or enjoy this fic, since it doesn't follow the plot of the show; some scenes do reference it though. I'm not sure how long this is going to be yet, 20-40 chapters most likely. I'm going to be trying to update once or twice a week!Concrit is welcome, enjoy!
