Percy is part of the Stark family and also the nephew of the High-King of Olympus. A fact only very few people know. In trying to protect his mother's family, he makes new enemies. Then his fiancee is appearing and carrying a prophecy with her.
Basically, what would happen with Percy to disrupt the Song.

Tale of a Pirate's World
A Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Pirates of the Caribbean Crossover.
Percy and Annabeth wind up in the Caribbean after the Trident was destroyed because that weakened Poseidon. So he gifts them this exotic cruise with an adventure rolled into one, so basically a vacation for the two demigods, but also not. Takes place after the 5th movie and after the Heros of Olympus series.
(A long one-shot, maybe, where I already have 2k words written.)
Family Spat
A Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Aquaman Crossover.
Percy is the 'Will of the Gods' that they refer to during the duels. Notably, from the phrase "By Bloodshed, do the gods make known their will", and basically, he interferes a little bit on his father's behalf.
(It is planned as a short one-shot with humour, 150 words already written, but should be a bit longer when finished,)

Percy winds up in another galaxy during the Clone Wars due to finding a Ghostfire Crystal, gets trained by 7 weird teachers in a strange dimension. And then he meets Yoda, Obi-Wan, Anikan and Ahsoka.

Some stories about what Percy does in Gotham as an F.B.I. agent and Annabeth as an architect. They are married and have to cope with the craziness that is Gotham.

Percy and Annabeth are sent to help Clades, an annoyed Dragon-Lady, to find others of her kind. They accidentally save Robert Baratheon from the boar, which would have killed him and change the way the Game of Thrones is played.
(A few scenes and a plot outline, but the rabbit hole that is GoT goes deep.)
Arena
A Percy Jackson and the Olympians x Spartacus Crossover
Percy ends up in Ancient Rome and fights with the slave rebellion of Spartacus while somehow also ending up challenging Mars.
(This may become a few one-shots with historical encounters. But it will also go along the Spartacus TV series.)
Mortality Bound
A possible prequel to Demons of the LoA (my own story, already published on ff.net and Wattpad) and a three-shot. Where the consequences of Percy's assumed death are shown on his Parents, Annabeth and Grover.

I would finish the story I put up for adoption, where Percy is a captain on the sea, Annabeth gets coursed to be a mermaid. Somehow everything is a big mess, but what should one expect when the gods get involved (in the 17th century).

A meeting between the Lucifers from Supernatural, Lucifer and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and well, the egos should be involved between those three that obviously would clash a bit.

Internship at Hogwarts
A Percy Jackson and the Olympians X Harry Potter Crossover
For his college's Marine Biology course in New Rome, Percy does an internship with Hagrid during The Goblet of Fire. By accident, he finds himself forced but unwilling in the Tournament. While he's also working on his papers for the college, Hecate is a bit annoying, and seemingly, Death Eaters are a thing.
(This was an idea because I got sick of some of the generic Crossover storylines.)

Starting in season 2 with Percy as a business partner to Oliver Queen and Isabel Rochev. Because his Grandmother (Rhea) bought the ten Percent of Queen Consolidation on a whim and entrusted Percy with it.
(I got the idea for this while rewatching season two and have a few scenes written about it, but I don't know if I should go further.)

A Percy Jackson and the Olympians x Teenwolf, Percy winds up in Beacon Hills during season 3, and well, the death list is getting one name longer than before.
(So I have a few dialogue scenes about the Oni, not much after that, though, only a rough outline.)

Hunters of different professions meet each other, or the Winchesters stumble over Jacob Reckless and Fox. While they try to find something (a treasure), and this time, not behind the mirrors.
(I haven't seen any crossover about those two. Which I found surprising, considering the stories are a bit similar but also different. Two people hunting things, one set monsters, the other magical treasures.)

While Kidnapping Percy Jackson...
Percy Jackson and Harry Potter Crossover after 'HoO' and 'TGoF': Lord Voldemort with entourage shows up at Percy's apartment, where he and Annabeth are. He wants Percy to join him but does know only very few things about his relative of confusing relation, so chaos ensues. And because it's Percy Jackson we are talking about, everything gets even more confusing along the way.
(I'm halfway through but stuck in the 4th chapter, so I don't know when it'll be finished. The plan is to finish the story with the 5th chapter.)
Demons of the League of Assassins
Percy Jackson finds himself on Earth-1. And because he has a knack for the unconventional, it had to be in Nanda Parbat, the headquarter of the disbanded League of Assassins. The place has one inhabitant left and gains some more, old and new.
Oliver Queen has to confront his own problems. As a father, the mayor, brother to a comatose sister and Green Arrow, he is stretched far too thin.
(There are eleven chapters, but writer's block on that particular story has it on hold for a while.)
