It was a cold snowy outside however, despite it being late at night it was bright from the snow illuminating the sky. Inside a library were three men, the librarian, was reading over documents, a jester, who was silently sitting in an armchair, reading a book with his hat on the small table to the left of him, and a cellist, who was sitting in a chair that look like one from a bar, while playing a cello. The only sound that could be heard in the room was the cello, playing a foreign melody while the jester occasionally giggled to himself. The jester was considered to be psychotic, however the jester did have the ability to retain focus for a short while, because if this the jester was yet not at the point of being considered a social outcast. Despite this, none of the men in the room trusted each other, each would look up at least every few seconds to confirm that the other was not drawing a knife.

A light clatter could be heard as the cellist’s bow fell to the porcelain floor. The cellist's hand has stilled, most likely from a carpal tunnel he caused himself by overplaying the cello. As if to fill the silence, the jester once again giggles, although this time, much more hysterically and almost to the point of mania. The cellist abruptly stood up, only to be followed by his body plummeting to the floor. The cellist was anemic, yet he is not referred to as ‘anemic man’, for he played cello more often than he lost consciousness. Just as the librarian was not referred to as ‘multicolored hair man’ because that is not the forefront of what makes the person he is. He was the librarian and he therefore was simplified to such.

The cello moved unsteadily until eventually falling on top of the man causing him to become visibly startled and wake up. He remained on the floor but propped himself up with his elbow and eventually sat up to check his surroundings. Both the librarian and the jester were gone and the door that once locked them in was open. After laying for a few minutes more, the cellist stood and dizzily stumbled to the door and put his hand against the doorframe to keep himself from tumbling down to the floor. After glancing outside he felt a presence behind him and before having the opportunity to turn and look, he was shoved into the snow and the door slammed shut behind him.

The librarian left his completed paperwork in the printer room and walked out to find a body on the library floor. It was mutilated beyond the point of being identifiable. The body has a large gash in the head, along with multiple marks on it as if the victim was stomped on repeatedly. The librarian was not accustomed to such violent encounters, causing him to simply freeze in place.
