Lannister (Lion)- Rosalia; oldest daughter, born in the first year of the marriage (i.e. Taliya’s age in "Pride of the Family"), Azalea (my OFC, Lily’s unborn sister) reborn so green/blue eyes (either a mix or each eye is a separate colour like Tyrion) and strawberry blonde hair.
Stark (Dire Wolf)- Kaiden; second oldest brother of Ned (only a couple months older than him), legitimatised bastard son, mother was a Karstark cousin who wanted claim to the Lordship so got Rickard drunk enough for sex, who had the last name of Snowpaw to symbolise the fact he was born to a Karstark so did gain the nickname Padfoot from that; Sirius reborn so black hair and grey eyes. He was given Moat Calin as both an insult & a challenge in fixing it without too much help along with coming actually a cadet branch of the Starks/Karstarks with the name Dunstark (German for dark is Dunkel). Symbol: Tan Wolf head to full moon on black background with the Leo & Canis Major star signs in the background (combine these images);
Baratheon (Stag)- Hadrian; Harry reborn, Cersei’s black haired boy with emerald green eyes like Myrcella’s & Tommen’s, brighter than Joffrey’s whose eyes are closer to Jamie’s cat-eyes being a deep green, so Robert’s only full-blood child with her, rescued and raised by Rosalia & Kaiden (since he can be mistaken for a Stark with his black hair) along with Jon Snowclaw who Kaiden claimed as his not Ned’s, adding the claw to represent both wolf & dragon, Leo, Rose’s & Kane’s only trueborn son who is Sansa’s age, & Jasmine who is Rickon’s age.
Myrcella & Tommen end up as Chimera children as Rose charms Robert, Cersei & Jamie so their makeup is half Robert & Cersei combined as well; Myrcella has a streak of black hair (one inch wide down her right side) and blue specks in her eyes and thin rings at the middle-centre of them while Tommen has multiple smaller streaks of black & heterochromia with one eye emerald green & the other sapphire blue instead of his Uncle Tyrion’s black.
There was an extra dire wolf who Leo adopts and calls him Remus while Hadrian finds two mountain lion-shadowcat cross cubs (so has both black and white strips with black stockings and tail tip), he names one Gryff with Jasmine getting the other she names Night Tulip as this one has bigger black stripes while the white appears more like leaves as it is broken lines.
