The warm sun was beating down on your golden brown skin as you lay on a picnic blanket. Your sunglasses were doing a good job of protecting your eyes from the sun but the shadow of three boys standing over you was doing a much better job.
“There you are, love! We’ve been looking for you all day,” James said as he sat down next to you. “Ya, it’s been ages since we’ve last seen you,” Sirius agreed as he too went to sit next to you. “I just saw you all this morning,” you added. “You know Sirius tends to be a bit overdramatic,” Remus commented as he bent down to kiss your sweaty forehead.
“I am not ‘overdramatic’ I just tend to exaggerate things sometimes,” Sirius claimed. “Sirius, that is the literal meaning of being overdramatic,” Remus replied. All Sirius did was roll his eyes at the lycanthrope who just shook his head with a small smile.
“Why don’t we play a little game of hide and seek?” you suggested. Sirius and James agreed excitedly while Remus was a bit reluctant but finally agreed after a few minutes of convincing.
“I’ll be the ‘seeker’ while you guys hide,” Remus said. As soon as Remus started counting you, Sirius, and James darted and hurriedly tried to find a perfect hiding spot.
Once you settled on a perfect hiding spot you noticed Sirius and James had followed you.
“You're not supposed to follow me. You’re supposed to find your OWN hiding spot,” you whispered, trying your hardest not to be found.
“I’m sorry, I got nervous,” James whispered back.
“I only followed you because I was hoping we could snog a bit while we waited,” Sirius commented with a wink. That earned him a tiny slap on the head from you.
“Found you all!” Remus exclaimed. That startled you all which caused you all to jump.
“Remus love, you really got to warn us before you do that next time,” Sirius explained as he put a hand over his heart.
“Siri, that’s not how the game works,” Remus commented.
“I don’t care how the game works Rem, you nearly made my heart jump out of my chest!” Sirius exclaimed.
“Oh shut up you overdramatic baby,” Remus said as he kissed Sirius, James, then you on the lips.
“I love you all so much,” you beamed.
“We love you more bunny,” James replied as he began to walk back to collect your picnic blanket.
Once all of your belongings were collected and accounted for, you all began making your way back into the castle.
You had a blast spending time with your boys. Especially the overdramatic one.
