Newt and Tina are back in the suitcase. Newt is carrying buckets of food for his creatures while walking down the stairs.
Newt: „Mum’s almost there„
He carefully puts one foot in front of the other, but somehow he misses a step and trips…
Tina’s just about to feed the mooncalves when she hears a loud crashing sound, followed by a pained exclamation
Newt: “Ow!“
She instantly rushes to where the noise is coming from.
Tina: „Newt, are you alright?“
Newt is sitting at the foot of the wooden steps, holding his ankle. All buckets now empty lying next to him on the floor.
Newt: "Uh, M‘fine“
Tina: „Oh, Mercy Lewis - Can’t you watch out for yourself?“
Newt tries to stand up, but as soon as he puts weight on his foot, he yelps out in pain.
Newt: "Tina, M’fine - you see, I - OW! - Ahh! Merlin‘s beard.
Tina shakes her head and feels sorry for Newt, seeing him like this. She shoots him a concerned look.
Tina: “What on earth were you do… - Wait, five buckets at once!?“
Newt: „Tina, it’s past feeding time.
Tina: „Oh, Newt, you‘re doing no good to your creatures hurting yourself.
Newt: „Tina, they were crying out for me“
Newt pouts, yet still a small smile on his face.
Tina: „Here let me see“
She waves her wand and carefully removes his boot and sock and gently moves his foot. Newt winces at her touch, inhales sharply through his teeth.
Newt: Ow, ow, ow!
Tina: “Episkey”
She waves her wand again, numbing the pain
Tina: „Newt, hold still!“
Newt: „It’s not that bad, you see.“
Tina looks at him with a furrowed brow.
Tina: „Ferula“
Suddenly a splint and bandages begin to wrap around Newt’s ankle.
Newt: „Thank you!“
She helps him hobble over to the bed and places a pillow under his injured foot.
Tina: „Tell me that you won’t fall down the stairs again carrying five buckets“
Newt: „Uh - Can’t promise.“
Tina: Oh, Mercy Lewis Newt. You’re such an idiot.
Newt tries to sit up and smiles at her.
Tina: „Careful“
Newt: „Ow - but I‘m your idiot“
They look into each other’s eyes and burst out into giggles.
