Queens New York
7/27/12
Peter POV
I wake up from my small twin bed and head downstairs to eat some breakfast.I am very thankful that my house was not destroyed during the battle of New York which happened not to long ago.Thank god the superheroes who are being called the Avengers were there to save the day especially iron man the way he put that missile in the worm hole always amazes me.I want to be just like him when I am older.I reach the kitchen and I could smell my Uncle Bens amazing eggs and toast. "Morning Pete made you your favorite eggs toast and some apple juice" he says handing me we the plate and cup of juice.
"Thank you Ben it smells delicious" I say as I take a bite of the crispy toast .While me and Ben are eating I hear foot steps coming and I see my Aunt May "Morning May" "Morning Peter hoe did you sleep" she says giving me a kiss on the head. "Good for once i actually slept early." I have always had trouble sleeping ever since I was a baby so I take sleeping pills to help. "That's good anyway since school is starting soon we do have something to talk to you about." Ben says as he sits down on the couch followed by May and I.
"Ok what about school" I ask confused because I have never had trouble in it even though I am 11 I can do work meant for high schoolers."Well Peter since your parents were wizards there is a chance you are to meaning this year instead of going to a normal school you might be attending Hogwarts" Ben tells me and I was so happy I have always known my parents were wizards that's all I know because that's all my uncle and aunt tell me a them.I forgot that when I turn 11 I have a chance of going to Hogwarts because I have gotten used to normal school. "OH MY GOSH REALLY!!" I yell excitedly as May and Ben laugh at me.
"Yes but remember it is still not a 100% yet" Ben says which makes me slight less happy "I know I know Ben I am just happy to see if I even get one" "Whatever you say I have to go to work know though so se you later tonight" Ben says giving me a hug and May a kiss as he leaves the house. "So Peter what do you want to do today I think we should go back to school shopping just incase you don't get the letter" "Um yeah sure let me just get some proper clothes on can't go to the store in a iron man onsie" I say running up the stairs as May laughs.
"Ok just get down here in ten minutes"she says and I nod heading up to my room closing the door.I look at my closet for my black Nike jacket and pants and then grab my white Nike shoes get dressed and go down to the living room "I'm ready May" "Ok just go in the car I'll be there in a minute.A minute later she comes out and we head to the store.I pick up a few things such as pencils, pens, highlighter, backpack and many more things still thinking if I will get my letter or won't.
A few hours later at 5 we get home and Ben is already there he is cooking rice and veggie sit fry my favorite. "Hey guys how did shopping go" "Good" May and I say as we begin to set the table putting down plates an forks as Ben had set the food on the table and we sit down an began to eat the amazing food having small talk about our day when an owl comes form the chimney dropping of a letter in front of me and I know exactly what it is MY HOGWARTS LETER I CANT BELIEVE IT I AN SO HAPPY I jump out of chair excitedly.
"OMG MAY BEN LOOK LOOK IT CAME!" They bout look at me happily "That's great sweetie we are so happy for you"Ben said as the both have me a hug "Looks like we did not need those supplies anymore" May says as she cleaned up the plates "As exciting as this is it is past your bed time young man" Ben tells me as I make my way up the stairs getting on my pjs and brushing my teeth and taking my sleeping pills then settled in bed "Good night May good night Ben" I say as I begin to dose of they say it back and don't wake up because I am finally peaceful thinking about going to Hogwarts.

Third person POV
A couple of days later Peter along with his Aunt May had made it to the wizarding world which as all the way in London they were in Hogsmade Ben could not accompany because he could not miss that much work. The first store he had to go to Ollivanders wand shop (A/N:he already went to Gringotts money exchange i was to lazy to write it he has the same amount Harry had in the first movie)so he can pick up his wand when they walked in the were greeted by an old looking man.
"Well hello I am Garrick Olivander I am assuming you are looking for a wand" He had asked them Peter nods "Well come and follow me"Peter follow as May had decided to stay so Peter can enjoy it more. As they made it to were Garrick wanted to talk "So before we get started what might your name be" "Peter Peter Parker sir" Peter said handing his hand out to shake but the other man did not return he just looked at the young Peter with wide yes and his jaw almost dropping "Bloody hell you are Peter Parker"
He said Peter just looked at him a bit confused he knew his Parents had died at the hands of Voldemort but he never thought it was so big that some wand shop owner would know his name.Peter had slightly chuckled "U-um yeah what's the big deal about my name?" Garrick let out a small gasp "What do you mean what's the big deal your a PARKER the son of the 2 people who saved the wizard world you also are the ONLY person to survive the killing curse which got rid of him of course I know your name the whole dam wizarding world dose!"
He has said and Peter just stood there shocked he had known about the killing curse and his parents but he never knew it was so big they had saved the whole wizarding world "Oh well I never knew it was which a big deal I just thought they you know..." he didn't really want to finish the sentence even though he dose not remember his parents he dose not like talking about there deaths because he never got to grow up with them even though he had Ben and May he never got to really meet his parents.Garrick noticed that he was getting a little uncomfortable with it so he decided to change the subject and make his way to find out Peters wand. "Well here are all the wands how about we try them out"
Peter nodded and followed him they try many types of wands and non quite worked until they got one that was 11 inches long, made of holly, and possessed a phoenix feather core. Garrick thought it was a quite unusual wand but it worked perfectly with him he had smiled looking at Peter "Well looks like you have found your wand know how fetch your aunt" Peter nods and gets his aunt and heads to the check out place and buy it and exit "Have a good day hope it was a pleasure to meet you Mr.Parker" "Thanks and the pleasure is mine" Peter said as he and his aunt headed out to get the rest of his supplies" "So what do you think of your wand I over heard someone saying it was pretty unique" "I love it so much May it has a Phoenix feather core which is said to be one of the strongest cores" Peter said happily and they headed of to pick up the rest of his supplies and Peter knew it was going to be an amazing and crazy year.
