Chapter 2
Chapter 2.
Soon enough, the day of the reunion came, and the entire Malfoy family spent a chaotic morning packing. Hermione was a little miffed because Draco was not going to be there. He had a business trip for the entire week but had said that he would be there for the last dy. He also said he going to hold a ball to officially announce Hermione as his wife to the muggle world. The Wizarding World new of course but the muggles still thought Draco was unmarried. In fact they had decided that Draco was 1 of the top ten bachelors and had told everyone to try and win him if they could.
"Mum, what dress should I pack for the ball", asked Adhara, shaking Hermione out of her thoughts.
"We'll go shopping when were there," Hermione replied, smiling gently at her daughter.
In fact, Hermione owned a very popular clothing store called H.J.M, so she was rich in her own right and not just because of Draco's family money. She finished packing and hurried around everyone else's rooms to see if they needed any help.
Finally, they were finished packing. Hermione split the family up, Cassiopeia and Scorpius driving one car with Adhara and Asterope, Orion and Castor driving with her. Hermione pulled up be
Tiffany Granger got out of the old black van and smiled. She ran towards the rest of her cousins, hugging Kandii tightly and squealing. Then, she hugged Krystal before turning back to Kandii.
"What's your exciting news, you can tell us now that everyone's here."
"But not everyone is here, that's the point. Beaver decided to join us this year!" Kandii whined.
Tiffany's heart fell. She hater her stupid know it all cousin. This was supposed to be the most amazing holiday, and she would get either Blaise Zabini or THE Draco Malfoy to fall in love with her. Then she would be rich and famous and prove she was above all of her cousins. She grimaced and felt the fake tears well up in her eyes, looking at her mother pleadingly.
"Mummy, please can we cancel Beavers invitation. The little know-it-all will ruin everything" Tiffany voice rose higher as she talked, trying to get her mother to pity her and stop the Beaver from coming. They all knew she worked in a library and lived her parents. Never mind that the cousins also lived with their parents. Beaver was just so stuck-up. All of a sudden, two cars pulled up into the hotel, and the entire Granger family stepped forward. The cars were very fancy and expensive looking. both of them pulled up in reserved spots, one of them in the CEO's spot. Tiffany took a step forward, this was her time to shine and make Blaise or Draco (It had to be Blaise or Draco in those cars) to fall in love with her. A smooth leg stepped out of the car, and Tiffany's fake smile faltered. An unnaturally beautiful women stepped out and went to the back of the car, opening the door. Out stepped a beautiful little girl with long platinum blond hair and bright green eyes. Two identical boys followed next, they had longing dark hair and piercing grey eyes. tiffany looked at the other car, hoping that was someone famous. Out stepped and older girl, her blond and black hair (like Narcissa's in the film) swinging over her shoulder. Her piercing grey eyes bore into Tiffany who took a step backwards. Next came a tall, blond young man with blue eyes and Tiffany stepped forward again. Maybe she could get this guy to fall in love with her. Both people went to the back of the car and opened the door. Out stepped a girl with quite bushy brown her and inquisitive green eyes. She held a book, The Song of Achilles, in her hand and was smiling. Tiffany's heart sank, the man and the women were probably married. Now she had no chance. She watched as they walked to towards the other women and Tiffany thought she should introduce herself in case it got her into the modelling business. She was she had seen the first women before in an article about the expensive clothes line H.J.M, not that she shopped there. she thought all the stuff was far too prudish and expensive. She pulled her short top down to accentuate her plastic chest, smiling in what she thought was an award winning fashion.
"Tiffany Granger, supermodel!" She introduced herself, obviously making up a fake job. She couldn't tell this person that she worked in a supermarket, could she?
"Hasn't your mother ever taught you not to lie, Tiffany?" The first women said, taking of her sunglasses and looking at her with vaguely familiar brown eyes.
Tiffany glared and heard a shocked gasp behind her. she willed the fake tears to come back and walked to her mother, who glared at the stranger even more.
Hermione smiled at the shock she had cause and went straight to her parents, hugging them.
"Mami, Papa, it's great to see you again." She exclaimed. she then hugged her grandparents and last but not least the Potts and Williams families. Her children hugged their grandparents and great grandparents and excitedly acquainted with their nice Aunt's, Uncle's and Cousin's. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain on the side of her face and she turned. Her aunt Karen was standing there, hand raised.
"How DARE you make my daughter cry, and have all your brats out of wedlock," she screamed in Hermione's face.
"How dare you slap my mother! And for your information, she married a year before Scorpius and I were born so she did not have children out of wedlock," Shouted Cassiopeia. Scorpius stood next to her, glaring.
"Why don't we go inside, instead of embarrassing ourselves out here. Karen, dear, Hermione did get married. I was at the wedding. Such a fine young man, shame it's a secret," said Roberta.
Hermione smiled at her grandmother and the entire Granger family walked inside.
