Chapter 10
Sebastian walked into his house after school, kicking off his shoes by the door. The comforting smell of dinner filled the air, and he felt the familiar warmth of his home wrap around him. He made his way into the living room, where his mom sat on the armchair, flipping through a magazine.
“Hi, my love,” she greeted him warmly, glancing up from her reading with a soft smile.
“Hey,” Sebastian replied, letting out a tired breath. “How was your day?”
“Same old, same old,” she answered casually. “How about you? Anything interesting happen?”
Sebastian paused for a moment, trying to keep his mind off everything going on with Blaine. “Not really,” he muttered, dropping his backpack to the floor. “Just… school stuff.”
His mom looked at him closely, sensing something was off. “Are you sure?” she asked, her voice full of concern. “You don’t look like your usual self today.”
Sebastian shrugged, but before he could say anything, his mom leaned forward with a little sparkle in her eye. “Well, there is something you might like.”
She reached for a white envelope from the table next to her, holding it out to him. His eyes immediately locked onto the logo on the front—Princeton. His heart skipped a beat.
“You got your college letter,” she said, her smile widening with pride. “It’s from Princeton.”
Sebastian froze for a moment, feeling a wave of anxiety wash over him. He’d worked so hard for this moment, but now that it was here, it felt so… real.
He dropped down on the couch beside her, his fingers fiddling with the edge of the envelope. “I don’t know if I’m ready for this,” he admitted quietly.
His mom’s expression softened, and she gave him a gentle smile. “Sweetheart, you’ve been working toward this for so long,” she said lovingly. “You’ve earned it. Whatever happens, I’m proud of you.”
He nodded, drawing in a deep breath before finally tearing open the envelope. The words blurred for a moment as he read through the letter, and then, his eyes locked onto the first line.
“Dear Sebastian…” His voice was barely above a whisper. He quickly scanned the page, his heart racing. “We are pleased to inform you…”
He looked up at his mom, his voice filled with disbelief. “I got in,” he murmured, eyes wide. “I actually got in.”
His mom’s eyes lit up, and without missing a beat, she jumped up and wrapped her arms around him. “Oh, my sweet boy, I’m so proud of you!” she exclaimed, her voice full of joy. “I knew you could do it.”
Sebastian chuckled, feeling the weight lift off his chest. “Thanks, Mom,” he said, pulling away slightly to look at her. “I really needed this today.”
She cupped his face lovingly. “You’re going to do great things, Sebastian. I know it.”
Sebastian smiled, his heart feeling lighter than it had in a long time. “Now I’ve got a big decision to make,” he said, glancing back at the letter in his hands.
His mom sat back down, still grinning at him. “Whatever you decide, sweetheart, I’m behind you all the way. I’m just so proud of you.”
Before Sebastian could respond, the door opened, and Quinn walked in with Rachel beside her, chatting as they entered. They both stopped when they saw Sebastian holding the Princeton acceptance letter, a knowing smile on Rachel’s face as she saw the pride in his eyes.
“Wait, did you get in?” Quinn asked, her eyebrows shooting up in surprise. She stepped closer to him, clearly impressed.
Sebastian grinned, nodding. “Yeah, I did. Can you believe it?”
Quinn let out a little laugh of disbelief, her eyes widening. “That’s amazing, Seb. I’m so proud of you!” she said, throwing her arms around him for a quick hug.
Their mom smiled, watching the interaction with pride, but then her gaze shifted toward Quinn. “Quinn, there’s something for you too,” she said, holding up an envelope.
Quinn turned toward their mom, a little confused. “What’s this?” she asked, walking over to the table.
Their mom handed Quinn the Yale letter, the familiar logo printed on the top. “Your Yale letter came today,” she said, her voice full of excitement. “I didn’t want to open it without you.”
Quinn’s eyes widened in disbelief. “Yale?” she whispered, a small laugh escaping her. “Are you serious?”
“Yes, I’m serious,” their mom replied, her eyes glinting with pride. “Go ahead and open it, sweetie.”
Quinn’s fingers trembled as she carefully opened the envelope, her heart racing with anticipation. She glanced at Rachel, who gave her a supportive nod. With a deep breath, Quinn unfolded the letter, her eyes scanning the words quickly.
Her heart skipped a beat when she read the final sentence. “I got in,” she whispered, still unable to believe it. Her hand went to her mouth in shock, and she looked up at their mom. “I actually got in.”
Their mom’s face lit up with pure happiness. “I knew you would, Baby. You’ve worked so hard for this.”
Quinn threw her arms around their mom, laughing through the tears that were suddenly threatening to fall. “I can’t believe it,” she murmured. “This is everything I wanted.”
Sebastian stood there, a proud smile on his face as he watched his sister and mother share the moment. “Congrats, Q,” he said, his voice soft but genuine. “You totally deserve it.”
Quinn pulled back from the hug and turned to her brother, her face glowing with pride. “Thanks, Seb. I’m so happy for you too.”
Rachel stepped forward, her arms wrapping around Quinn from behind. “You two are both going to do amazing things,” she said, her voice full of warmth. “I’m so proud of you both.”
For a moment, everything felt perfect. The family was together, everyone was supporting each other, and all of the hard work and sacrifices were paying off. It was a moment that felt like everything had come full circle.

Blaine, Quinn, and Sebastian sat together in the living room, the afternoon light casting a soft glow on their excited faces. The table in front of them was a testament to their hard work and dreams—three college acceptance letters, each more significant than the last. The weight of the moment felt surreal, like they were standing on the edge of something huge, and everything they had worked for was suddenly within reach.
Quinn, her Yale acceptance letter in hand, stared at the envelope for a moment before she spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. “I can’t believe it,” she said, her tone filled with awe and disbelief. “Yale. I actually got in.”
Sebastian, sitting beside her, grinned and nudged her gently with his elbow. “You totally deserve it, Quinn. You’ve been talking about it for years. I’m just glad they finally caught on.”
Quinn rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide the smile that tugged at the corners of her lips. “I just… I wasn’t sure, you know? It’s Yale. It’s huge.”
Blaine, who had been silently watching Quinn, looked down at his own acceptance letter from Juilliard. His fingers ran over the edges of the paper as his heart raced. “I get that,” he said softly, a grin spreading across his face. “I never thought I’d get into Juilliard. I mean… it’s Juilliard.”
Sebastian laughed, giving Blaine a playful shove. “Well, of course, you got in. Have you heard yourself sing?”
Blaine blushed slightly, but the pride in his voice was unmistakable. “I don’t know… it still feels like a dream.”
Quinn nodded in agreement. “It feels like we’re all just living in this dream right now.”
Sebastian leaned back in his chair, holding his own acceptance letter from Princeton. “I can’t believe I’m going to Princeton either. It’s insane.”
Blaine and Quinn exchanged a glance, both smiling warmly. “It’s happening for all of us,” Quinn said, her voice steady but full of emotion. “We’ve worked so hard, and now it’s real.”
Sebastian gave a soft chuckle, glancing at the letters in their hands. “Guess we’re all off to do big things, huh? The future’s ours.”
Quinn smirked, rolling her eyes again. “Don’t get too cocky, Seb. You still have to finish high school.”
He raised an eyebrow in mock offense. “I’m not worried. I’ve got this.”
Blaine grinned, shaking his head at his friends. “I think we all do.”
The three of them sat in silence for a moment, letting the enormity of the situation settle over them. They had each found their own path, and they were on their way to something bigger than they could have imagined. Despite everything that had come before— the uncertainty, the struggles, and the hurdles— it was finally paying off.
“Wow,” Quinn said after a pause, her voice almost a whisper. “We’re actually doing it. We’re really doing it.”
Blaine and Sebastian both nodded, their smiles wide and full of hope.
“This is just the beginning,” Blaine said, his eyes shining with excitement.
Sebastian gave him a nod of agreement. “We’ve earned it.”
The three of them exchanged a look, knowing that their futures were about to take them in different directions, but also knowing that the bond they shared was unbreakable. They had made it this far together, and no matter where they went next, they would carry this moment with them— a reminder that they were capable of anything.
Quinn turned to Blaine and Sebastian with a grin that was both playful and confident.
“You know what this calls for?” she said, her voice bubbling with excitement. “A celebration. We’ve all worked our butts off for this moment. We need a party!”
Blaine’s eyes lit up, his lips curling into a smile. “A party sounds amazing. But… where? And when?”
Quinn shrugged, her excitement bubbling over. “Who cares about the details right now? We’re all getting into our dream schools. We deserve a night of fun and no stress for once. I’m thinking something big, something memorable.”
Sebastian, who had been leaning back in his chair with his arms crossed, raised an eyebrow. “You’re serious, aren’t you? A party?”
Quinn shot him a look. “Come on, Sebastian. You know you’re not going to get out of this one. We’re all doing something big, so we need to celebrate. I’ve already got ideas for the theme, the music… we could even make it a fancy, glam event. It’ll be perfect.”
Blaine nodded, clearly on board. “I like the sound of that. We could invite everyone, make it a huge night. It’s about time we all let loose.”
Sebastian hesitated for a moment, but then the hint of a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. “Fine. But if we’re throwing a party, it’s going to be legendary. You know, something I can be proud of.”
Quinn grinned widely, already envisioning everything in her head. “Exactly. It’s going to be unforgettable. A night where we don’t worry about anything— just celebrating everything we’ve accomplished.”
Blaine clapped his hands together. “Alright, I’m in. But we better have a killer playlist. I’ll take care of that part.”
Sebastian rolled his eyes. “Of course you will. As long as it’s not just Broadway soundtracks, I’m good.”
Quinn laughed, the tension from earlier in the day fading away. “Okay, deal. No Broadway. But it’s going to be awesome.”
The three of them shared a look, and in that moment, it was clear that the celebration wasn’t just about the achievements they’d unlocked. It was about the bond they shared, the way they had each supported one another through the highs and lows of the past few years. They were more than just classmates or friends; they were family.
“We’ll get everything sorted,” Quinn continued, standing up with her letter in hand. “But for now, let’s just take a moment to appreciate it. We’ve made it. And the party’s going to be the cherry on top.”
Blaine stood up, pulling her into a brief hug. “To us.”
Sebastian joined in, giving them both a playful shove. “To us,” he agreed. “And to the most epic party this town has ever seen.”
With that, the three of them laughed, their bond stronger than ever. The future was theirs, and they were going to make the most of every single moment.

The party was in full swing, the music thumping in the background, Quinn laughed, dancing with Blaine near the center of the room. She was carefree, enjoying the moment, but unbeknownst to her, there was a quiet intensity between Blaine and Sebastian across the room.
Sebastian leaned against the wall, eyes locked on Blaine. It wasn’t obvious to anyone else, but for Sebastian, every glance and every movement from Blaine felt like a secret. A part of him wanted to go up to him, to pull him away from Quinn and the others, but he stayed rooted to the spot, unable to tear his gaze away.
Meanwhile, Quinn and Blaine spun around, their laughter blending with the music. Quinn, with no suspicion, was completely absorbed in the joy of the night. She didn’t notice how Sebastian’s eyes never left Blaine, or the way Blaine seemed to instinctively look in Sebastian’s direction every now and then.
The tension between Blaine and Sebastian was palpable, but it remained unspoken, just beneath the surface, hidden in the way they interacted when no one was paying attention.
The music seemed to be getting louder, but Blaine couldn’t shake the sense of restlessness he felt. He needed to get away from the noise, the laughter, the people. For some reason, it all felt too much tonight. Without saying anything, Blaine excused himself from the party and quietly slipped upstairs, away from the bustle.
He wandered down the hall and into the first room he could find, which happened to be an empty bedroom with a view of the backyard. He closed the door behind him, feeling a bit of relief from the solitude, and leaned against the window. The soft chill of the night air seemed to ease some of the tightness in his chest.
It wasn’t like he didn’t want to be there, in the midst of friends, celebrating, but there was something about tonight that felt different. Something he couldn’t pinpoint but that weighed on him, gnawing at the edges of his mind. There were things he wasn’t ready to confront, like the feelings he was starting to realize he had for Sebastian.
Blaine exhaled slowly. He couldn’t think about it too much. Sebastian had always been there, even during Sam’s and his relationship. But things were different now. The attraction was there, undeniable, but getting involved with Sebastian would be like throwing a grenade into his relationship with Quinn. It would ruin everything. And the last thing Blaine wanted was to hurt Quinn. She’d been nothing but supportive, and the last thing he wanted was to put that in jeopardy because of some stupid, confusing feelings.
He was still standing by the window, lost in his thoughts, when he heard a soft knock on the door. He quickly wiped a hand over his face, trying to push those thoughts away before opening it.
“Hey, Blaine,” Quinn said, poking her head into the room. Her expression was one of concern. “Everything alright?”
Blaine straightened up and forced a smile. “Yeah, I’m fine. Just needed a minute away from the party.”
Quinn tilted her head, studying him for a moment.
He hesitated, not wanting to burden her with his confusion. He quickly thought of an excuse. “I think I just got a little overwhelmed. It’s been a long week, you know? My mind’s just kind of everywhere.”
Quinn stepped inside, giving him a sympathetic look. “I get it. You’ve been going non-stop with auditions and everything. You need to take care of yourself, too.”
“Yeah,” Blaine said quietly, his gaze shifting toward the floor. “I guess I’m just trying to figure some things out.”
Quinn didn’t push him. She just nodded and walked over, sitting down on the bed beside him. “You know you can always talk to me, right?”
Blaine smiled, but it didn’t quite reach his eyes. “I know. Thanks, Quinn. I really appreciate it.”
She smiled back, reaching out to give his shoulder a quick squeeze. “You’re my best friend, Blaine. No matter what’s going on, I’m always here for you.”
Blaine felt a pang of guilt twist in his chest. She had no idea just how much her friendship meant to him, especially with everything he was feeling about Sebastian. But he couldn’t tell her the truth, not yet, not when it was so complicated.
“I’ll be fine,” Blaine said, shaking the thoughts from his mind. “Just needed a breather. I’ll head back down in a minute.”
Quinn nodded, standing up to leave. “Alright. But don’t be afraid to come find me if you need to talk, okay?”
Blaine nodded, managing a small smile. “I will.”
As Quinn left the room, Blaine exhaled and turned back to the window. He couldn’t shake the feeling that things were changing. And he wasn’t sure how he was supposed to keep up with it all. But one thing was clear—if he let things go any further with Sebastian, it would change everything.
And Blaine wasn’t sure if he was ready for that kind of change. Not when it meant possibly losing everything he had with Quinn.

The party was winding down. The music had been switched off, the laughter of their friends was slowly fading into the background, and the three of them—Blaine, Quinn, and Sebastian—were left to clean up the aftermath of the night. Red Solo cups, half-eaten snacks, and crumpled napkins littered the floor. The excitement of the party had dissipated, leaving only the mundane task of tidying up.
Sebastian let out an exaggerated sigh as he looked at the pile of Solo cups on the coffee table. “If I have to pick up one more red Solo cup, I’m going to lose it,” he joked, throwing a glance at Blaine and Quinn.
Blaine chuckled softly, shaking his head. “You’ve probably picked up like a dozen already. You’re basically the party cleanup king.”
“Don’t remind me,” Sebastian grumbled with a grin, though it was clear he was joking. “They just keep multiplying. Where do they all come from?”
Quinn laughed as she reached for a stack of napkins to fold. “Well, it wouldn’t be a party without the endless supply of cups,” she said. “You’re doing a good job, Sebastian.”
Sebastian smirked and gave a mock bow. “Why, thank you. I do try.”
Blaine felt the usual lightheartedness between them. It was easy, comforting almost, to fall back into the rhythm of their friendship. His mind still occasionally wandered to the tension between him and Sebastian, the unspoken feelings that neither of them was ready to address, but he kept it buried. It felt better to focus on the task at hand, to act normal, like everything was fine.
“Alright,” Quinn said as she moved into the kitchen with a few more plates, “I think that’s about it. Just need to finish up in here, and we’re good.”
Blaine nodded, grabbing a few more glasses and wiping down the coffee table. “Thanks for hosting, Quinn. It was fun.”
“No problem,” she replied with a smile, clearly content with how the evening had gone. “It was great to have everyone together.”
Sebastian, who was stacking the last of the cups, shot a look at Blaine and then turned back to his work. There was a pause—just a brief, quiet moment—but neither of them spoke. The tension wasn’t gone; it was just… held at bay, lingering in the air between them, something they both knew but didn’t address.
Blaine broke the silence first, trying to keep things light. “So, we’re almost done here. I think we can call it a night soon.”
Sebastian nodded, offering a small, somewhat distracted smile. “Yeah. It’s nice to get everything back to normal again. And… no more red Solo cups, at least.”
Blaine laughed, his stomach still tied in knots from the earlier moments between them.
Quinn returned, looking satisfied with the progress. “I think that’s everything. You guys done?”
“Yeah, all set,” Blaine said, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders.
Sebastian shot them both a look before turning to the door. “Well, I’m heading out. I think I’m done for the night. ”
Quinn nodded, looking around at the cleaned-up space. “I think we’re good too. But thanks, Sebastian.”
Sebastian offered a lazy smile as he grabbed his jacket from the chair. “Anytime.”
As he walked toward the door, Blaine caught his eye. For a second, their gaze held, just long enough for Blaine’s heart to skip a beat. But Sebastian didn’t say anything, he didn’t ask about how Blaine was doing or mention anything that had been left unsaid. Instead, he just gave a small, knowing smile and left.
Blaine exhaled a breath he didn’t know he was holding and glanced at Quinn, who had already started to head for the couch, content to relax after the busy night.
“You good?” she asked casually, not looking up from where she was sitting.
“Yeah,” Blaine replied, forcing a smile. “Just tired.”
Quinn nodded but didn’t press further. She knew him well enough to recognize when he was holding something back, but tonight, she let it slide.
Blaine sank into the couch beside her, letting the weight of the night settle into a quiet exhaustion. He didn’t need to say anything else. Not yet. But as he sat there, part of him wondered how long he could keep pushing those feelings aside. How long until he had to confront them, or until it all just came out, whether he was ready or not.
For now, though, he let the silence be enough.
-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-
Sebastian had been out for a while, his head still buzzing a little from the party.
As he made his way upstairs, he was half-lost in his thoughts, mostly reflecting on the conversations and moments from the evening. He hadn’t really had a chance to talk to Blaine much, but that didn’t surprise him. The tension between them had been palpable the entire night. A strange, unspoken thing that neither of them addressed, but it hung in the air like a storm cloud.
He was almost at the top of the stairs when he turned the corner and came face-to-face with Blaine. Their gazes locked for a second too long, both of them startled by the near collision.
“Whoa, sorry,” Sebastian said, quickly stepping back to give Blaine space. He gave a half-laugh to ease the awkwardness, but Blaine’s eyes didn’t quite match his smile.
“It’s fine,” Blaine replied quickly, rubbing the back of his neck. His voice was a little tense, like he’d been caught off guard. “I didn’t expect you to be back so soon.”
Sebastian shrugged, his smirk barely visible in the dim light. “Just needed a breather. You know how it is.”
Blaine nodded, but there was a hesitation in the air. Neither of them moved to walk past the other, the space between them lingering just a little too long.
Sebastian shifted his weight, his eyes flicking to Blaine’s briefly. “Is Quinn asleep?” he asked, his voice casual, but it didn’t quite reach his eyes. There was something more beneath the surface, something Blaine couldn’t quite place.
“Yeah,” Blaine answered, his own voice almost too soft. “She’s asleep.” He looked up at Sebastian, trying to read his expression.
Sebastian stayed quiet for a beat, as if weighing his next words, and Blaine could feel the distance between them, though they were standing so close. “You’re still here…?” Sebastian asked, as if trying to pull the air around them into something more comfortable, more natural, but Blaine could feel the shift, felt the space between them crackling.
Blaine nodded, but he wasn’t sure what to say. His mind was racing, his body was pulsing with a strange mix of desire and uncertainty.
“You don’t have to stay if you don’t want to,” Sebastian said, but there was no edge to his tone, just a strange, open softness.
Blaine looked up at Sebastian, his heart racing as he absorbed the words. There was something different in the air now, something that made everything feel a little more real, a little more urgent. He took a breath, and without thinking too much about it, he let the words slip out.
“I want to,” Blaine said, his voice steady but carrying an undercurrent of something deeper, something he couldn’t hide anymore. He met Sebastian’s eyes, holding his gaze for a moment that felt both brief and infinite at the same time.
After a moment, Blaine cleared his throat, breaking the silence. “Are you, uh, heading to bed?”
Sebastian paused, studying Blaine for a moment. “Maybe in a bit. Just needed some time to wind down, you know?” His voice was low, but it was a little too casual, as if he was trying to avoid digging into anything deeper.
Blaine nodded slowly, not sure whether to stay or walk away. He found himself hesitating again. There was something between them that hadn’t been there before—something that had changed since the party had started. Something that felt like it might be shifting, but neither of them was sure how to navigate it.
Sebastian stood there for a moment, still watching Blaine, feeling the quiet intensity that had been building between them since the party started. He could tell Blaine was holding something back. It was in the way he looked at him, the hesitation in his movements. For a second, it felt like there was a word, or maybe more, just waiting to be said.
Blaine opened his mouth, as if trying to find the right thing to say. His throat was tight, his thoughts jumbled, but he knew he couldn’t leave things like this. He couldn’t keep pretending that everything was fine, that nothing was different. He had to say something.
“I-Sebastian, I-” Blaine started, his voice barely more than a whisper. He swallowed hard, trying to get his words out, but nothing felt right.
Sebastian’s expression shifted just slightly, his eyes flicking between Blaine’s face and the empty space between them. He could see that Blaine was struggling, and for a split second, his instincts told him to just walk away, to not make things more complicated.
“Blaine, it’s okay,” Sebastian said quietly, trying to break the silence. “I know you’re… not ready to talk about whatever this is.”
Before Blaine could respond, Sebastian took a step back, his body shifting away, and began to walk past him, the moment slipping away.
But before Sebastian could move any further, Blaine, still facing forward, instinctively reached back and grasped his hand. The touch sent a surge of electricity through him, a sharp jolt that rippled from his fingers to the pit of his stomach.
“Wait,” Blaine whispered, his voice thick with emotion. He didn’t know what had come over him, but in that instant, it didn’t matter. All he knew was that the words he had been struggling to say, the feelings he had buried deep down for so long, needed to come out.
He turned to face Sebastian, his grip tightening just enough to pull him closer with both hands. Their eyes met, and in that instant, everything that had been unsaid between them, every shared glance, every lingering moment of tension, felt like it was on the verge of breaking.
He pulled Sebastian to him, their lips collided in a fervent, urgent kiss, that felt like it had been waiting to happen for years.
For a moment, Sebastian didn’t react, his body stiffening in surprise, but then he relaxed, his hand coming up to rest at Blaine’s side, pulling him closer as he kissed back with equal intensity. The kiss deepened, and Blaine felt a surge of relief, as if everything he’d been afraid of, everything he’d been unsure of, was suddenly falling into place.
After the kiss deepened, they both pulled back for a moment, their foreheads resting against each other as they tried to catch their breath. Blaine’s chest rose and fell rapidly, and he could feel the warmth of Sebastian’s skin against his own, the space between them still crackling with tension. The silence was almost deafening, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It was heavy with the weight of everything unsaid, everything that had led up to this moment.
Blaine closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. He could still feel the imprint of Sebastian’s lips on his, the taste of him lingering. His heart was still racing, but now, it felt different. Like a question had been answered, even if the answer was complicated.
Sebastian’s voice broke the silence, low and soft. “You’re not gonna run, are you?”
Blaine opened his eyes, his gaze meeting Sebastian’s, searching for something in his expression. The vulnerability in Sebastian’s voice caught him off guard. It was the kind of vulnerability he hadn’t expected from him—not after everything.
“I’m not running,” Blaine said, his voice steady despite the whirlwind of emotions inside him. “But I don’t know what this means. What happens now?”
Sebastian stayed quiet for a moment, his eyes flicking between Blaine’s lips and his eyes. “I don’t know either,” he admitted quietly. “But… maybe we don’t need to know yet.”
Blaine nodded slowly, his fingers lightly brushing the side of Sebastian’s neck. There was something comforting in the uncertainty. It felt like they were both taking a step forward, but neither of them had any idea where they were headed. It didn’t matter. Not right now.i
Sebastian’s hand slid from Blaine’s side to the back of his neck. His lips crushed against Blaine’s in a kiss that was anything but gentle. It was urgent, hungry, everything they had been holding back now spilling out all at once.
Blaine’s hands instinctively grasped at Sebastian’s neck, his fingers threading through his hair as he kissed him back just as fiercely. There was no hesitation now, no doubt. It was a raw, desperate connection that neither of them had ever anticipated, but couldn’t stop once it started.
Sebastian’s hands gripped Blaine’s hips, lifting him slightly off the ground as he pushed him further into the wall, deepening the kiss. Blaine’s breath came in short gasps as he tried to keep up, feeling every inch of Sebastian against him, the heat of his body radiating through the thin fabric of their clothes.
Sebastian’s lips moved from Blaine’s mouth to his jaw, trailing down his neck, and Blaine tilted his head back, a soft gasp escaping him. The feeling of Sebastian’s touch sent waves of heat through his body, his pulse quickening in response. He didn’t care anymore that it was complicated, that they shouldn’t be doing this. All that mattered in that moment was the connection, the electricity between them.
Blaine brought his hands to Sebastian’s chest, pushing him back just enough to meet his gaze. They were both breathless, their foreheads touching as they tried to steady their breaths. Blaine’s eyes were wide with something he couldn’t put into words. It wasn’t just the kiss, it was everything they had been avoiding, everything they had been hiding from.
Sebastian’s eyes were intense, searching Blaine’s face for a reaction. He didn’t want to pull away, but he needed to know if Blaine was okay, if this was something they both wanted.
“You’re not… scared, are you?” Sebastian whispered, his voice hushed, like he was afraid to break the moment.
Blaine swallowed, his heart still racing. He couldn’t speak at first, but then he nodded slowly, his lips curling into a small, uncertain smile. “I don’t know what this is… but I’m not scared.” His voice was quiet but firm, and when he kissed Sebastian again, it was slow this time—still intense, but softer, as if they were both savoring the moment.
The kiss deepened once more, both of them moving instinctively, as if their bodies knew what they needed before their minds caught up. The world outside of the room didn’t matter. All that existed was the feel of Sebastian’s lips against his, the warmth of his body pressed against him, and the steady rhythm of their hearts, finally in sync.
Eventually, they pulled apart, their faces inches apart as they both tried to catch their breath. Blaine couldn’t stop the shaky smile that tugged at his lips, his chest still rising and falling with the aftermath of the kiss. “Well… that was something,” he said softly.
Sebastian chuckled lowly, his thumb brushing lightly against Blaine’s cheek. “Yeah. Definitely.”
Neither of them moved away, both of them still holding onto the other, their bodies still attuned to the connection they had just shared. The silence between them was comfortable, heavy with the weight of unspoken words—but they didn’t need to speak. Not yet. For now, this was enough.
