Snape in the little girls bathroom?
"a body"
Amaris held her breath. Had that little fucker really just asked her for a body? What did he even mean by that? Did he want her to get him a sacrifice? No way in the fiery pits of hell was she going to do that.
Slamming the wretched diary shut, Amris fell back onto her bed with a defeated sigh and flung the diary across the room. She was far too pissed to try and continue their conversation.
But two things sparked a little amount of accomplishment within her...
Tom had helped her with the appearance changing problem- but he had also given her a a clue. The diary contained a fragment of his soul, and Amris knew just the place to research such things.

Theodore Nott had been awoken by a bad dream, and decided he may as well get up and do some early study in the common room. It's not like he could go back to sleep now, not after having that dream again.
He had been sitting on one of the black leather couches with his transfiguration book in his lap when that strange Potter girl came walking into the room. She was dressed and ready for the day despite it only being 4 Am.
There was something off about her, that he just couldn't figure out. He hadn't spoken a word to her since she came to hogwarts and he wasn't planning on starting up a conversation now. So when she walked in, took a look around the green lit common room and noticed him, he wasn't too pleased that she started making her
way over.
"Didn't expect anyone else to be down here so early"Theodore said, braking the silence as the strange girl took a seat on the couch opposite him.
"Well you know, I've got to do some research and I can't do that if I'm stuck in lessons all day" Amris stated, bending over to fix her laces that she had forgotten to tie before leaving her dorm.
Theodore turned back to his book but watched her from the corner of his eye. Her hair had changed, and perhaps her face too. Streaks of white ran through her once monotonous auburn hair and her skin seemed to be completely rid of any imperfections. Theodore wondered why she had changed but didn't bother asking, he didn't really care that much.
Standing up from her seat amaris smoothed down her uniform to straighten out any crinkles before looking at Theodore. "I should probably get going, the shit I need to research is quite tricky"
Theodore scrunched up his nose at the use of muggle swears. "The library doesn't open for another 4 hours, Potter"
With a quirk of her brow, Amaris asked "who said I was going to the library? There are far better places to get information around here"
"The library is the only large collection of books within the castle. I get that you haven't been here for as long as the rest of us but that is basic knowledge."
Amris let out a chuckle and turned away "wrong" she let out in a sing song voice. She turned her head in the confused boys direction "come on then, Nott, I'll show you"
—
Theodore had been reluctant to joint Amris at first, but his curiosity had obviously gotten the better of him.
She was going to take him down the to the chamber and to the private librbary she found while exploring a few days ago. It seemed to have a lot about dark magic and Amaris knew this was her best bet at finding out how to destroy the dairy.
And she had been planning on outing herself as Lady Slytherin to the other Slytherin students for a while now, what could be a better way than taking one of them down to the chamber.

Stood in the corridor, just in front of the girls bathrooms was Theodore Nott and Amaris Potter.
"I am not going into the girls loo with you" the boy stated flatly, taking a few steps back and getting ready to walk away.
"Fine, don't come. It's you who's missing out on a once in a lifetime experience"spoke Amir's, wiggling her brows suggestively.
Scrunching up his nose disgustedly, Theodore let out a low huff and spun back to face amaris. "Fine, whatever. But if this is just some sort of prank then I'm hexing you"
"And do tell, Mr Nott, Miss Potter, what you are doing wondering the corridors at this time" a cold voice drawled. From the shadows, a tall figure took a step out and glared down at the two students. It was snape.
Theodore opened his mouth and looked at Amris for help, this wasn't his fault and both teens knew it.
Amris, already feeling incredibly antagonistic quickly came up with an amazing plan. Well... she knew it was definitely more idiotic than amazing but she didn't really care.
Putting on her best guilty face, Amaris let her head drop and took a step in front of Nott, closer to snape.
"I'm sorry sir, it's my fault. I- I-"
Amris let out a fake sob, wiping away imaginary tears from her eyes with the back of her hand. It seemed like both snape and Theodore were buying her act.
"Go on" snaps snarled, taking a step closer to amaris, a dangerous look upon his ugly features.
"I- I've been using the abandoned bathroom as a place to try brewing a b-b- beautification potion, b- but it hasn't worked on m- me so I was going to t-trick Theodore into trying I-it"
"How dare you! You vain, insufferable child" Snape practically roared, grabbing Amaris by the shoulder and dragging her into the bathroom, almost braking the door off the hinges in the process.
Snape flung amaris away from him and she crashed into the sinks with a thud. She had to suppress a grunt but it quickly faded and a smirk worked its way into her lips. From the corner of her eye she saw Theodore walk into the bathroom unsurely.
She quietly headed over to him, and sent him a devilish smile before grabbing his wrists and dragging him to stand infront of the snake detailed sink.
Snape was walking down the isle, slamming each of the cubicle doors open checking for evidence of illegal potion brewing. His black robes billowing behind him, all while he grumbled furiously about insolent little brats.
Amaris let out a laugh that bounced across the stone tiles. Snape stopped in his tracks and slowly spun around to face her. Theodore was just standing beside Amaris completely bewildered. The air was tense enough to cut with a pair of scissors, and that's just what Amris did when she sent a bright smile up to the enraged dungeon bat.
"Miss Potter" said Snape so lowly it came out as almost a whisper.
"Sorry professor, it... was a lie." She pursed her lips, her eyes twinkling with mischief "I couldn't come up with any other way to get you into the little girls bathroom on the spot"
Snape stared at Amris with such a ferocity she could almost feel his gaze burning her skin.
Theodore tugged his wrist out from Amaris' grip and took a step away. She moved her gazd over to the boy and let out a laugh at his expression. She knew she had a flare for the dramatics but the way both Nott and Snape were looking at her was if she had just killed a puppy.
"Open" she hissed in parseltongue and watched as both maes eyes went wide as they recognised the language.
With a two finger salute and a small smirk, the ground beneath Amaris rumbled and opened up, sending her disappearing down the deep pipe.
She reached out with her magic and used it to push them into the pipe, sending them falling down after her.
Amris landed gracefully in the chamber first, patting down her uniform to remove any dust marks. Snape came tumbling out of the pipe next, landing in a heap. Nott followed, landing flat on his back with a groan.
The air was humid and Severus snape could taste the damp on his tongue. He pulled himself up from the wet floor and glanced uneasily at his surroundings. Wherever that Potter brat had dragged him was writhing with old magics.
Pulling his wand from its place in his sleeve he rounded on the girl, who was now standing idly against a stone wall, watching him.
He stalked over until he was towering above her and dug his wand into her neck, with the amount of anger that was radiating from him he assumed she would curl in on herself, but no. The wretched Potter just raised a brow in defiance and suddenly he found his wand to be flung across the room, clattering to the cold
floor.
"come on professor, don't get so worked up. It's not everyday you get invited to read Salazar Slytherins private library" Amris divulged, pulling away from the wall she had leant on and over to Theodore, who had now gotten up and was spinning on the spot, taking in his surroundings.
Theodore looked at Amaris and furrowed his brow at her appearance . "Why are you glowing?" He asked.
"None of your business, and if you know what's good for you then you won't mention it to anybody else."Amaris stated darkly, looking over her shoulder to make sure snape too heard the threat. She did not want the whole school knowing about her... condition. It would raise too many questions.
Snape turned his gaze away from amaris and just stood and stared at where his wand had landed. He had just been disarmed by a wandless second year. And the glowing skin... he knew now. She was the other child. The unknown prophecy child. He needed to tell dumbledore as soon as he was done here. His mind snapped back to what she had said just a few moments before- what in the name of Merlin had she claimed? Salazar Slytherins
private library- putting two and two together snape turned back around and stared at his student.
"This is the chamber of secrets?" He questioned, unbelieving.
"Yep" came her response, popping the p.
"Oh, and i'd close your eyes If I were you, both of you"she stated, altering glances between Severus and Theodore.
"Fidi doesn't know I have guests with me" Amris warned.
"Fidi?" Snape questioned darkly as he summoned his wand back to his hand and held it In front of him.
"My basilisk"
