Note
Hey, this is a new one. And I am still working on, albeit slowly, on Just so. Honestly you shouldn't expect much from this, I have A-levels going on so this will share time between homework and actual motivation and I'll either procrastinate on work and do this or procrastinate on both and do something completely unrelated.

Blood Moon and Sacrifices.

Luna was tilting back and forwards on her heels, she loved Sanguini's castle but she didn't know why she was going too, she was pretty sure Sanguini wanted to be with Harry. Harry however, was practically bouncing on the spot as they were waiting for him.

There were more than a few students hovering around them, they had clearly remembered the scene in the Great Hall, not to mention the absolute centre of attention they had been after their duel in Merrythought's class. Honestly, the looks of fear they had received from Tom's Slytherins, multiplied tenfold across the student body with an incredibly unhealthy dose of awe and hero-worship. Something that the both of them was pretty sure was normally reserved for Dark Lords and Dumbledore.

It wouldn't last long, they hoped it wouldn't. Sanguini walked out of the shadow by a tree grabbing Harry, spinning him around with a kiss.

"Hey Sansy."

"Little gem. Moon."

"Hey Sans." Luna smiled at the vampire, her eyes closing. Harry leant next to Sanguini's ear to whisper.

"You did it?" Sanguini nodded and set Harry back on his feet.

"Let's go, I have a surprise." Sanguini took their hands and walked them, or more accurately Luna into the shadows and out of them into the entrance hall of the castle. "Just in here." He pulled Luna forwards letting go of her hand. The red curls bounced as the woman looked up upon their entry, Harry caught Luna as she stumbled.

"Clary?" The name was but a whisper on Luna's lips before the red head was up and Luna had thrown herself into her arms.

"My moon. Oh my moon." The Vampire buried her face in Luna's silvery hair, catching the tears.

"I didn't think I would get you this time." Luna's voice broke as she spoke and soon she was sobbing, Harry's heart ached for his sister. "You're so often gone before I can find you again." Her voice got a little louder as she forced her words out.

"I know. I didn't even know it what I was missing but there was always an ache in my heart and then San gave me your blood and I remembered. Moon, I remember."

"And I can never forget you." Clarissa pulled Luna impossibly closer as Harry and Sanguini backed out of the room to give them privacy.

"Their reunions are always more heartfelt than our own." Harry smiled, wiping at his own tears, felt for Luna.

"Because they can only love each other and I love you but we're both whores." Sanguini grinned with his fangs and Harry laughed.

"Yes, that's true. But you're so good to me still."

"And you to me. We may share each other with others, one of whom there is no one that can compete with them but you are mine when I have you and I love what is mine with everything they deserve and more." Harry grinned and stepped away from the vampires arms, Sanguini's eyes narrowing in response.

"Catch me if you can my love." It wasn't even a second before Harry turned on his heel and fled from the vampire who took only a moment to process before making chase. The vampire was fast but Harry was just as if not faster.

"If I wasn't what I am, you would be impossible to catch."

"Perks of being what I am huh."

"Indeed" Sanguini grinned and Harry ran again. By the time it was time to go back to Hogwarts, Harry's neck was a collage of bite marks and bruises and despite Luna's exasperated glance at the two of them the blonde was ginning ear to ear with Clarissa's arms wrapped tightly around her waist her chin resting of the crook of Luna's shoulder and neck.

"We sort of have to go now." Harry was hesitant to say as such but Luna already knew and was nodding. "But first I have a present." Harry grinned and revealed a little wrapped gift, Clarissa with her arms still around Luna took the little box unwrapping and opening it.

"Mirrors?" Luna smiled brightly.

"They're communication mirrors, Like Sans and Harry have, so we can talk whilst I'm at Hogwarts."

"You can't stay with me?" Clarissa asked, tucking one of the mirrors into her bodice. "You know everything Hogwarts can teach you."

"Harry and I have something to do."

"Don't worry Ris, our time lines moved up, if everything goes according to plan we'll pass our N.E.W.Ts in the summer and you'll have her by September." Clarissa nodded and let go of Luna give Harry a short hug.

"Thank you for helping me remember."

"I can never forget you, you make my sister whole, she makes you the same and that's all I could ever want." The vampire smiles giving Luna one last hug and a kiss before letting Harry take her hand. They walked out of the gates shadows at Hogwarts and Luna grabbed Harry, crying again.

"Thank you, thank you for finding her."

"You will never have to miss her if she's here. You know I'll do anything for you." Luna nodded against his chest. Harry wiped away Luna's tears and she jumped squealing as they walked back to Hogwarts entrance.

"I'm so happy, I have her back and you have Sans and I know Azzy won't be super duper happy but he'll get over it eventually. And I have Clary, I have Clary. Harry, I have her back." Harry smiled as he followed his happy moon. "Oh and I have her back and we can talk and I have her back." Harry laughed softly as they entered the Great Hall, all eyes were on them as they sat down at the Slytherin table.

"Luna you need to eat."

"I can't, I'm too happy. Harry you don't understand, I have her back." Luna was right Harry didn't understand not fully, he understood best he could, he understood the soul bond that connected them but he had never felt the ache that was between them.

"I understand best I can but you need to eat, Ris would be admonishing if she were here."

"You're right, of course you are." Luna didn't move to grab anything though. Whenever Luna and Clarissa re-met it left them both in a sort of high after they went separate ways and someone would need to help care for them. It was worse if they couldn't talk because that new found high would crash until they saw each other again, they learned that the hard way which was why Harry already had mirrors for the two of them. Harry filled her plate and with the food directly in front of her she actually ate.

Tom and his friends sat down opposite, watching them wearily for completely different reasons.

"Is Luna alright. She seems, happy but it's strange." Tom asked watching her eat with a far off grin.

"I helped her re-meet her soul half. She's essentially high now that they aren't together until at least tomorrow." Abraxas gasped, glancing between the two of them.

"Soul half, not soul bond?"

"Soul half, that's what I said."

"What's the difference?" Avery asked as he filled his dinner plate, Harry knew Tom was listening as Theoden Nott answered, he'd never admit to not knowing something.

"A soul half is a soul that is physically torn apart to create two or more persons, leaving a gaping hurt that lasts no matter what you do if you don't have your other half. It is known to be a cruel twist of Fates, it's lucky there aren't many or not many recorded as it is one of Fate and Life's crueller soul bonds. The usual bond matches similar souls, or a soul that will benefit and blossom with the love of a particular other, they often meet even though it isn't necessary to make them whole. Soul halves rarely meet and when they do they often lose each other or each others."

"Shit, that sounds painful." Mulciber winces as Luna droops, falling asleep against Harry's shoulder.

"It always is. Especially when you know exactly what is causing you to feel as if part of you is missing. Or if you've found and lost them over and over again." Harry didn't like going to a time much later than their parents because Clarissa was almost always dead by then and no matter how many times Harry had told Luna she could stop coming back with him or Azrael offered to leave her dead she refused. She came back with him always and though he would always be thankful to have her by his side, and would never stop her when she wanted to stay or never come back, he would always feel bad at the hurt she would feel when she didn't have or lost Clarissa.

Harry was waiting on tomorrow though, he was telling the truth when he said their time line had moved up. He had met the Goblins yesterday and fuck did he love Goblin magic, if a little annoyed by the fact that they still called him Lord Dragon thief, despite how cool the title was, that incident happened hundreds of years ago. The teachers had started to ignore the pair of them now, aside from Dumbledore so when Harry got up, scooping Luna into his arms they didn't stop them even with the frantic whispering going on amongst the student body.

He was fully aware of the absolute chaos that would be the gossip mill tomorrow only he was planning for it shift off of him and Luna and onto someone a little more deserving.

"Should I leave her asleep?"

"She'll be furious if she misses."

"Yeah." Harry sighs, shaking Luna awake as Azrael continues to sulk in the corner. The fucker healed the marks left by Sanguini whilst Harry was a sleep, not that he knew it yet.

"What?" Luna grumbled as Harry pulled her from the bed.

"Come on, I have a surprise for you this morning."

"Alright I'm up. I'm going to call Clary. You get ready." Harry shrugged, it made sense to him and he made his way into the bathroom.

"YOU PETTY BITCH." Luna dropped the mirror as Harry yelled. Azrael cackled beside her as Clarissa looked on from the mirror concerned. "You healed them, whilst I was sleeping. Be damned it's a good bloody thing I love you Azrael."

"Azrael." Luna muffled her giggles with her hand.

"What, I have no problem sharing. But he's mine so I'm not letting Sanguini show him off before I get to."

"Azzy he already has."

"Not properly he hasn't."

"Harry doesn't do exhibitionism."

"I know that. But he hasn't taken him on one of your human date things, they've only kissed and as far as I see it I have full reign." Luna groaned.

"This is going to be an incredibly chaotic timeline." She smiled at Azrael none the less, he might have been the God of Death but she was glad he would always be with Harry. They were connected far deeper than the title of Master suggested.

Luna sighed, leaning into Harry as they sat down for breakfast. He was fidgeting which only happened when he was very excited usually after doing something he thought hilarious and or devastating. After a few timelines, they had gotten used to having eyes on them so the attention that still hadn't dialled down from Merrythought's class was no major burden.

They ate, lightly, Luna feeling the effects of reuniting with Clarissa and Harry going through whatever high he was gaining from what was about to happen, if Luna's guess was right. It usually was.

Finally the morning owl post came in, and the oh so familiar Daily Prophet was dropped between them. Luna read the title as Dumbledore came into the hall, sitting down. Stopping herself from snorting her drink out her nose she watched as someone actually had that happened. After it was done with the Daily Prophet was passed to those who didn't have a description.

'ARIANA AND GRINDELWALD: THE SECRETS OF ALBUS DUMBLEDORE.

From a secret relationship with the Dark Lord to the undetermined happenings of the murder of Ariana Dumbledore. Albus Percival Wolfric Brian Dumbledore has a lot to answer to, of which your reliable reporter will be uncovering in issues to come.

But to begin.

Secret Love Affair With Dark Lord Grindelwald!

Is this the reason the Dark Lord still reigns despite the requests for Dumbldore to come to the rescue. '

Harry looked exceedingly pleased with himself, well he would have if you could read him like Luna could, especially as Dumbledore picked up the paper in one hand, a cup of tea in the other and after flicking the paper open, tossed the latter down his front.

It didn't take long for the mans walls to crumble, his face to flame and for him to get up and storm out of the Great Hall. The loud cursing from the other side of the door the old man left from was all it took for Harry to break out in hysterical laughter. The kind where you weren't making any noise because you're laughing so hard you aren't breathing.

The rumours that had spread amongst Slytherin meant none of them questioned why Harry was laughing so hard. They knew or strongly suspected the two knew Grindelwald and with Harry's reaction to the paper it was likely they guessed Harry was the one to spill Dumbledore's secrets.

With that revelation it was no surprise that aside from the one or two fanatics, attention turned from Harry and Luna's wandless abilities to the matter at hand, literally the paper was still in hand. People going over and over the words.

A handful of 'loyal' Gryffindor's got shut up pretty quickly after trying to preach the mans superiority and innocence.  A few benefit of the doubt badgers were looking incredibly conflicted and many of the Ravenclaw's who cared about as much about politics as they did about whether skunks wipe their own arses, quickly went back to their own conversations. The Slytherins didn't really react, outwardly, deciding to keep any discussion over the paper in the common room and away from the ears of Harry and Luna Peverell.

The smaller of the two, currently seemed to be suffocating the other.
