Chapter 1
So it starts
Heejins life of magical madness and insanity begins
and it all start with this three hour train trip to her soon to be home
she stands at a platform on a train station. the train station has a brownish color scheme and seems very vintage and sort of old, but then again the whole wizard system is very old, and this train station is filled with around a hundred people who are bound with her to this intricate and strange future. Not to mention her enemy, the ,Kim Hyunjin, but today is not about her. Today is about who she will meet.
The wind pushing on her skin awakens her from her thoughts. An alarm clock thats telling her that the time has come for a new fate.
Heejin enters the train filled with chaotic energy. -damn they’re loud- Her ears are choking her own brain. -It hasn’t even been a minute and I already have a headache- The train is so full it reminds her of her living room. her mom bought so many paintings and accessories and colored it with so many vivid colors that it gave her a headache each time she sat down. she clenches her fist feeling slightly nostalgic and continues her path to her designated seat.
After bumping and having the urge to punch a few people on the way she finally reaches the seat. No one was there. However it did seem to fit four people in it. One for her, three for the other anonymous people.
Heejin sits down bored and staring at the window. She observes many different people go in the train. Girls, boys, and all types of pets. How can people handle such weird creatures. she’s only owned a bunny at home, but it stayed outside or came inside to play with her most of the time. It wasn’t hard to deal with and it was a lovable animal and pet.
Then suddenly the door opens.
A blonde girl with red crimson eyes entered the compartment. She was wearing the usual hogwarts robe and had her hair in a ponytail. her hair was very long and reached till her hip.
she was now struggling to open the door for her owl (which was in a cage obviously) Heejin stood up and opened the door correctly
She looked shocked but then proceeded to erase her shocked face with what seems to be her usual one
She was interesting… in a good way of course
“What’s your name” Heejin asked curiously. “Kim Lip” She responded while getting cozy into the seat in front of her. There was a cute table that was around a meter separating them.
Then it was quiet
Heejin ,not standing the silence, asked “So… What house do you think your going to be sorted in?” “I don’t know” She responded just as fast. Then she proceeded to open her case like bag. It was like those bags that business men held and walked around with proudly. Strange thing to use as a bag… noted
Kim Lip then fished out an old book. It looked like it survived around sixty years of hell. It’s corners were slightly burned. The book was titled “Spells From The One And Only Im Nayeon”. Im Nayeon is known in the wizard world to be incredible in the field of dueling. “Do you like dueling?” Heejin tries to open up a conversation again. This time it works! “Yes! Do you?” Kim Lip responds back, this time with a bit of expectation and excitement. If Heejin is honest, she has heard a bit, but it was never her favorite thing in the world. Quidditch was number 1 in her heart and she can’t wait to beat up Kim Hyunjin in a match. She’s been practicing since she knew how to ride a broom.
“Yes, but I’m not into it that much. It does seem interesting, But nobody ever explained it that well” Heejin states. “Do you want me to explain it to you!” Kim Lip says even more enthusiastic. Dueling must really be her jam. “Sure!” -Bingo! Heejins open up a conversation and make a friend has suceeded-
Kim Lip started to rant about the basic rules and different types of dueling. In almost every type, each dueling round takes about 3 minutes. It should not exceed 3 minutes or it’s a tie. A line is put behind both opponents and both opponents must preform a move that overpowers the other one to make them trip over the line. Some spells don’t work with dueling but some do. Other spells however have to be altered to work. Lots of infamous duels were team duels where both teams would consist of three people and in each minute they’d switch. It was an interesting concept and Kim Lip’s explaining made it sound way more exciting.
Abruptly, in the middle of Kim Lip’s explanation about the types. Two girls start banging on the door. Both of them don’t know how to open the door just like Kim Lip.
Heejin gets up and opens the door for them. They both push each other in very chaotically. Heejin almost trips when they both hold her hand stopping her from letting her back come in contact with the table in the middle.
“Sorry-sorry-sorry!” A girl with bangs, and brown curly hair says faster then the speed of light, with a very empathetic look on her small round face. She bows and stays there for a-few seconds.
The girl behind her stands her up and stops her from bowing. if not for her intervention she’d probably have bowed for another two minutes.
The girl behind her had black hair that reached a bit over her shoulder and very dark eyes which you can mistaken for black at first sight, but if you squint you can see a very dark shade of brown.
Both of them were wearing a robe except with the robe, they wore a small but cute black ribbon.
They both seemed to have known each other before entering the train.
The black haired girl then says “our bad” and lets out a little chuckle.
They then both proceed to sit in front on eachother.
The black haired girl next to Kim Lip
and the brown haired girl next to Heejin
Awkward silence was about to fill the air when suddenly the silence popped with the brown haired girl saying “Hi!! I’m Chuu, Nice to meet you. What are your names?” The girl who was called Chuu seemed supposedly very energetic. Before both Kim Lip or Heejin can open their mouths Chuu then says “Oh and this is my friend Yves” Yves then lets out a small laugh. She seems to like when her friend meets new people.
“My name is Heejin”
“Kim Lip”
Kim Lip states, slightly menacing but Chuu’s bright aura melted most of the ice the moment she introduced herself.
Then suddenly before they can continue their conversation. The train storms off and off they go to whatever awaits their future in hogwarts.
