Real subtle
Our tale begins in Cedric Diggory and Viktor's house. It's Friday night which is date night. Tonight, Viktor has a big question to ask.
Viktor asked, "Are you enjoying your meal, Rick?"
Cedric smiled. "It's divine."
Viktor beamed, "I'm glad you like it. I vas trying to set the scene."
Cedric laughed. "Well, you certainly did that."
Viktor shuffled awkwardly in his chair and then said, "I, uh, vant to ask you something."
Cedric told him, "You look nervous which is unlike you, but ask away."
Viktor got up from his chair, got down on one knee and after opening a ring box inquired, "Vould you do me the honour of becoming my husband?"
Cedric grinned. "Of course, I would. Oh, Vik. I love you so much."
Viktor slid the ring onto his finger and replied, "I love you too, Rick."
