Dad told me today that you had to go on a trip, I wish you could have said goodbye to me but I'll see when you get back. I love you mommy I'll get daddy to send the letter to you. Also maybe we can visit you? You know in case you on our trip for too long so I can get hugs from my favourite mommy, I love you so much can't wait to see you when you get home.

It's been a month where are you? Dad has been crying himself to sleep every night, we went to a funeral today I don't know who it was for, do you know? People kept telling dad they are sorry for his loss, who did he lose? And why did daddy say he wishes you were here? And why did people say y/n which is your name when talking about the person he lost? Do we have another y/n in the family? I don't know, also could you reply to my letters thank you, I love you hope you're coming back soon

Dad yelled at me today after I handed him the letter to give to you, why would he do that? He said to stop giving me them and then started crying. What's going on are you both fighting? It's almost been a year, where are you? Dad ripped up every letter I tried to write to you, he yelled at me saying that she's dead stop giving me these stupid letters, I can't handle it anymore she's never coming back so stop writing these damm letters. I don't like it when he yells at me. Please come home from heaven dads drinking too much and working too much now. You need to help him, mommy, he needs you.

Daddy brought another woman home I kicked her in the face and fought her she deserved it, how dare she steal daddy from you. Hey it's me your son Scorpius it's been a few years, hasn't it? I'm now 30 and I found a box full of the letters I used to send to you when I was 5 and 6 when I didn't understand what death was, they were under dads bed I'm glad he kept them, I've been missing you, mom I really do miss you every day I miss you, I got married and have two kids now. I really wish you were here to see it, I've just been missing you a lot lately so I need to write out my feelings, dad has never moved on from you he tried but failed and stopped seeing people completely, he's stopped drinking though and isn't a workaholic anymore so that's good. He spends all of his retirement now with his grandkids and tells them all about you and how amazing you are, I do the same I sing the song you made up and sang to me as a kid. Dad talks about how he can't wait to see you again one day and the big kiss he's gonna give you when he joins you in heaven. I also named my daughter after you, her names y/n, she's named after the best mother I ever had I love you so much, mom. I miss you so much
