I can't breath
In for 4 seconds-or was it 3-hold for 6-it was 6 right- out for 7-or was it 8?.(A/N It is breath in 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breath out for 8 seconds)
Severus tried to do the breathing method he had heard about but he couldn't remember the numbers and his head was feeling fuzzy.
"Sev, are you okay."
"Huh?" Gods he felt bad.
"Are you okay?"
"Huh?" Just keep breathing, don't pass out.
Remus moved over to were his boyfriend was sitting. The small boy was swaying despite being sat down. His face was red and he had his hands pushed hard against his ears. Not to mention the fact that he was breathing extremely haphazardly and seemed close to losing consciousness.
Calling a house elf Remus got a cold washcloth. Next using the room he laid Severus down on the couch supporting his head with a cold pillow. Then he placed the rag on the boys forehead and removed his hands from his ears replacing them with noise cancelling headphones. As soon as the boys hands were free they began anxiously scratching his wrist and plucking at his lips so Remus gave him a fidget cube, stuffed animal, and a Slytherin themed paci. Finally Remus gave him a light blanket and put on a movie.
Since Severus seemed a lot more calm now Remus let himself relax slightly and sit on the floor under the couch to watch Cinderella with the older boy.
