I'm pretty sure I told you that I loved you no matter what you looked like(or something like that)
Remus walked into the Room of Requirement at 1:00 P.M., the same time as every Saturday, already expecting Severus to be in there, which he was, also as usual. However, Severus wasn't exactly the same as normal. He was doing the same thing he normally did, read, however his clothes were...different.
His hair was pulled back in two braids, one on each side of his head. And he was wearing dark makeup. Also on the side of cosmetics was the fake, painted dark blue, finger nails he was wearing. As for his actual clothes he was wearing a dress that had what appeared to be a sleeveless black tee shirt (although to those who didn't know better they might think it did have sleeves due to his binder straps) which met at his waist with a just under knee-length(A/N by under knee-length I mean the skirt is just below his knees I don't know if that would be over knee-length or under but I put under first so that's what I'm sticking with.) purple skirt. As for his shoes he was wearing strappy brown sandals which showed off his painted dark purple toe nails.
Walking over to the sitting area Remus sat down across from the couch his boyfriend was sitting on.
"Hey, Sevvy, whatcha reading?" he asked once he was comfortable.
Severus looked up quickly once he realized his boyfriend was there his expression falling when he noticed what time it was.
"Sev, are you okay?"
Silence.
"Severus, please, tell me whats wrong." the brunette said anxiety rising.
Severus tried to reply to his boyfriend a few time before giving up and just started focusing on not crying.
Remus walked over to the older boy and sat next to him before putting his arms around the upset boys neck. He wasn't sitting there very long before he started singing an improvised lullaby until the smaller boy finally started to calm down.
"There we go Sev-Sev." Remus said letting go of his boyfriend but not leaving his side. "Are you feeling any better now, love."
Severus nodded but refused to look in his partners eyes, or at him at all, really.
"You never told me what was wrong."
Severus just waved his hand over his whole body as if that explained everything.
Remus looked confused for a second before lightly gasping.
"Wait. Seva was this all about your clothes?"
All Remus received was a sad, and nervous, nod.
"Oh, honey, nothings wrong with how you look, not right now, or ever."
Speaking for the first time since Remus arrived the ravenette said "But, I'm wearing a dress and makeup and stuff."
"Yeah, so?"
"I'm a boy." Severus said as if that would clear up everything.
"I know." came the confused reply.
"You don't think it's wrong."
"Of course not, why should I? I mean it's just cloth and some powder. Not a big deal, I don't think."
"So, you think it's okay that I'm wearing this. That it doesn't make me a girl."
"Yes, cutie"
Severus sighed before saying "Well now I just feel stupid. Ugh I should have known you would be fine with it you always are with everything."
Remus laughed but said "I don't blame you sweetie, some people can be really mean sometimes, I would have been scared to. But, I promise you, you never, and I mean never, have to be scared to tell me anything. Okay?"
Severus nodded seriously and said "Okay."
