|Dracos pov|
I went grocery shopping with star and I was looking at the list y/n gave me when someone bumped into me slightly
"I'm sorry." I say and I move over as I try and star starts not being happy "My Angel hey no throwing stuff." I say as the lady smiles
"Your daughter is very adorable what's her name?" She asks and I look over
"Star," I say and she nods
"And what's her cute daddy's name?" She asks and oh she's flirting no thank you
"Uh, Draco." I say and she nods
"Cute name." She says and I nod
"Yeah," I say rubbing stars back
"I bet being a single dad is hard isn't it?" She says and why did she automatically assume I'm a single dad?
"I'm not? I have a wife." I say and she looked confused
"No one with a husband would let the husband do the shopping, that's the wife's job so obviously your a single dad if your shopping." She says and I laugh
"Uh what? No, like my wife just gave birth to twins and I am happy to do the shopping, the world doesn't revolve around your beliefs crazy lady." I say and she gasps shocked and walks off very annoyed as I laugh at her
Like is she ok? Why can't I do the shopping? Me and y/n are a team we take turns doing things, even if I try and cheat by using magic to wash the dishes or to do other things
But y/n doesn't mind too much you know, actually kinda she sometimes cares but sometimes she's happy I can do magic and make life a bit easier
Like holiday dinners and the clean-up from those, I just wave my wand and it's basically done y/n is definitely grateful for that 'That lady was insane honestly what a crazy lady.'
