Chapter 2
When you get back home Lucius was waiting on the couch for you
"I came home early expecting to be greeted by my lovely fiancée but nope where did she go," Lucius says and you sigh and take your coat off
"I took a walk, I needed to stretch my legs." You say and Lucius just sips his wine looking at you
"Did I say you can?" He says and you nod
"Yes I know you didn't say I could, it wasn't too long I swear." You say and Lucius then set his drink down, and you wanted to slap him why do you have to have permission to leave? He's so annoying
"So a walk, right? Not talking to James potter right? No, you didn't go to Diagon Alley and see your ex right? And before you ask how I may have decided to go and buy you something, but then I saw you talking to someone." Lucius says and you look away from him, but your face was suddenly forcefully pulled to look at him as he didn't look happy
"I may have run into him." You say and you flinch when he lifted his hand
But he ran it through his hair this time
"I just catching up with him since it's been too long, that's it I swear and yes he knows I'm engaged." You say and Lucius nods his head and sits back down as you knew if you leave the house again your gonna be in trouble
"Never talk to him again," Lucius says and you just nodded too scared to say no, but if James talks to you again then what? You just run away from him?
But if you say you'll try you may end up with a black eye again, and you really don't think that's something you can handle having again
After your break up with James, Lucius was nice to you when he was over at your family's place since your family would invite him and his family to things, and you both went on dates and hooked up and stuff, he was kind and nice.
But after your parents decided to arrange a marriage with him a few months ago, then he showed his abusive side when you were stuck with him 'Honestly I'm stuck with him If I could I'd walk out that front door, but I know too much don't I? I hear too much and Lucius would never let me leave all because of that.'
