Our tale begins in Myrtle's bathroom in Hogwarts, her husband Griphook is visiting her.
Myrtle asked, "So, what's going on?"
Griphook grinned. "That story you heard about a ghost leaving here is true!"
Myrtle gasped. "Really?"
Griphook nodded. "The name of the ghost was Tom Riddle Jr. He was a memory ghost of the Horcrux which Harry defeated and he found a way to leave here. He did it for love, he had fallen deeply in love with a student here and wanted to leave the castle to stay by her side."
Myrtle smiled. "That's great news. That means there's hope for me yet."
