Harry meets Giratina
Uncle Vernon picks Harry up and rudely shoves them into the car after loading his trunk and Hedwig's cage. He sits in the back with his cousin Dudley, feeling unhappy about returning to a place that doesn't feel like home. Harry is relieved that he let Hedwig fly back earlier so she wouldn't have to endure the Dursleys.
Upon arriving home, Harry is forced to carry his heavy trunk alone and do all the chores assigned by his Aunt Petunia because Vernon's sister is coming over. While cleaning, Harry notices a strange mirror with a dragon on it that his aunt got from an antique store. Harry asks about it, but his aunt cannot see the dragon. Unbeknownst to anyone, the mirror is the Giratina Long-lost dimensional mirror. That night, as the clock strikes midnight, the mirror begins to glow, and Giratina summons Harry to him. In Harry's dream, he hears something calling out his name again, but it is a clearer noun than ever, as if it was near him, and as he opened his eyes, it was the same red eyes that he had seen in the chamber of secrets in the small pond.
As Harry looks at the weird serpent creature, he is surprised to hear it say, "Giratina: I'm glad to see you, Harry Potter." Harry is shocked by the bizarre creature and asks, "Harry: How or what are you? Said Harry."
"Giratina: I am Giratina, a renegade Pokemon from a different dimension known as the Pokemon world. I am in search of my lost mirror which was taken away from me by Arceus. However, I have managed to regain my power and use my ability to connect with the mirror that has fallen into your world. The mirror's connection with your world's energy has made my connection with it stronger, which has led me to be here. said Giratina."
Harry was trying to process what Giratina had told him. It explained why he always felt like someone was watching him think.
"Harry: What do you want from me now that you found your mirror? said Harry," asked Giratina.
"Giratina: You can come to my world where you can be free from this world, be a Pokemon trainer, and be my champion in that world. said Giratina."
"Giratina: Now it is time I tell you the truth about your life and what you need to know about your true destiny, as there was a prophecy that Dumbledore hasn't told you about and is stealing from you. Said Giratina."
"Harry: What do you mean? A prediction about you and Voldemort, and Dumbledore hid it from me, said a shocked Harry."
"Giratina: Yes, made before you were even born; it states, The one with the power to defeat the Dark Lord approaches those who have thrice defied him; Born on the seventh month dies, the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal. Still, he will have power the Dark Lord knows not, and either must die at the hand of the other, for neither can live while the other survives; the one with the power to defeat the Dark Lord will be born on the seventh month. But he will have help from a friend who lives in the world's shadows; the Dark Lord knows not. Said Giratina."as he told Harry of the prophecy."
Harry is reflecting on his entire life after noticing some clues in front of him. He wonders if he is talking to himself or Giratina as he thinks out loud. What should he do, Harry?
"Giratina: After claiming your Lord Ring, you can finish it with my help and the Goblin, and you can come to my world to be free. Said Giratina."
"Harry: What do you mean, Lord Ring? I don't have Lord Ring, or do I? Said Harry."
"Giratina: you are a lord after your father and mother's death, and your right of conquest when you defeated the dark lord when you were a baby made you a powerful lord. Dumbledore tried to control you, but now you must wake up to leave this place of the Dursley to the wizard bank. Said Giratina." then Giratina screamed to push Harry out of his mindscape
Harry woke up abruptly, gasping for air, and questioned whether he was dreaming. Suddenly, he heard a creaking sound coming from his bedroom door and saw a shadowy hand with three red claws appearing. Recalling Giratina's instructions, Harry silently followed the arrow to the living room, where he stood confronted by Giratina's reflection in the dragon mirror.
"Giratina: It's good to see you, Harry; now we need to leave this place to go to the Goblin, as I said in your dream," said Giratina."
"Harry: So all that you said was true, right? said Harry."
"Giratina: Yes, all I said was true. said Giratina."
"Harry: How can I leave the Dursley house without making noise and alerting Dumbledore that I'm gone, Said Harry. "
"Giratina: Gather your things and your trunk. I'm going to open a portal for you, Diagon Alley, so you can go to the Goblin and claim your Lordship and get cleansed for any potion and the bind of your magic, said Giratina."
Harry picked up the mirror and headed towards the cupboard under the stairs to retrieve his trunk. As he faced the mirror towards the lock on the closet, he noticed Giratina's claw break the padlock, causing it to fall to the ground. Harry quietly took his trunk to his room and placed it on the floor, gathering everything he needed before leaving the Dursleys' home for good. He then unlocked Hedwig's cage, and she flew to his shoulder, playfully grooming his hair.
"Harry: Okay, Hedwig, we're leaving this place for good. Meet me in Diagon Alley and try not to be seen by anyone said Harry." to his beloved bird. "Hoot!" replied Hedwig. Harry opened the window, allowing Hedwig to fly off to Diagon Alley. He then placed his hand on his trunk and used his magic to shrink it with the help of the Weasley twins, making it easier to carry in his pocket if needed.
"Harry: Good. Now we can leave this place," said Harry, facing the mirror and going toward the closed window. Giratina: I'll open a portal for you to use," said Giratina. So Harry took the mirror to the window, and a spiral vortex shot out, pulling on itself to reveal a small shop in Diagon Alley hidden beside Flourish and Blotts.
"Giratina: Let us go to your true destiny, claim what is yours to have, and find the truth. said Giratina."
Harry summoned all of his courage to approach the portal. As he stepped forward, the portal began to close, but he still managed to throw himself through it. Little did he know that his fate had just shifted. Lady Magic and Lord Death watched with pride as they knew what lay ahead for him.
