I know what you said
Augustus and Antonin are trying to figure out their feelings for each other.
Augustus grunted. "I don't even like you that much, Anton."
Antonin smirked. "Oh, is that so, August? I heard what you told the Dark Lord about me the other night."
Augustus gasped. "H-How did you hear about that?"
Antonin told him, "I was there that night, hiding in the shadows. Watching, listening."
Augustus snarled. "No, that isn't possible. Nobody else was there that night. I would have noticed."
Antonin smiled. "I was definitely there 'cause I heard every word you said."
Augustus insisted, "Prove it."
Antonin replied, "You told the Dark Lord how amazing I am. To quote you exactly, 'Anton is your second best Death Eater after me of course, My Lord. He's quick witted, agile and more cunning than a snake. We need him to stay on our side forever because he's a genius, not just on the battlefield, but also when it comes to strategies.'"
Augustus muttered, "You weren't meant to hear any of that, Anton."
Antonin grinned. "Why not? I liked what I heard, August."
Augustus gasped. "Y-You did?"
Antonin nodded and answered, "I'm clearly the best Death Eater though."
Augustus smirked. "Sure you are, keep dreaming."
Antonin told him, "Honestly though, I think thar you're pretty amazing too."
Augustus blushed. "Really?"
Antonin whispered, "I know that you like me more than a friend would. I feel the same way."
Augustus smiled. "I'm kind of glad that you were eavesdropping the other night."
Antonin beamed, "I'm kind of glad too."
