Intermission
Our tale begins during the intermission at a Weird Sisters concert. Dedalus Diggle is talking to his boyfriend, Amos.
Dedalus grinned. "This is such a great day."
Amos smirked. "It isn't over just yet, Ded."
Dedalus asked, "What do you mean by that?"
Amos whispered, "You will just have to wait and see." He added, "Oh, I need to quickly run to the toilet. Stay right here."
As he dashed off, Dedalus chuckled to himself. "I have never seen him move so fast in my life, what's he up to?"
As he waited, one of the witches selling Butterbeer approached him. "Here's your Butterbeer, dearie."
Dedalus told her, "I never ordered one."
The witch beamed, "Some funny looking gentleman bought it for you. Oh, he also told me to say to go to the backstage area,"
Dedalus politely thanked her and sipping on his Butterbeer, made his way to the backstage area.
Amos was waiting there grinning from ear to ear. "You came!"
Dedalus smiled. "Want to tell me what's going on, Ded?"
Amos winked at him. "I would love to, but there's no time!"
He grabbed Dedalus' arm and pulled him through into the band's dressing room.
Dedalus gasped. "Wow, how did you get us in here and where are they?"
Amos replied, "They said that I could use this room, but you will get to meet them after the concert."
Dedalus raised an eyebrow. "Use the room for what exactly?"
Amos laughed. "Stop being so suspicious, just trust me!"
Dedalus said, "I do trust you, Am."
Amos grinned. "Good. Now, I have something that I would like to ask you. Will you marry me?"
Dedalus beamed, "Yes."
