Decisions decisions
Gideon and Edgar are discussing matters related to their future child to be.
Gideon asked, "Have you ever considered adoption, Ed?"
Edgar said, "Well, no. That makes you ask that?"
Gideon shrugged. "I don't know, but it's something that we should seriously consider. Don't you think?"
Edgar nodded. "Of course, what do you think of the idea then?"
Gideon told him, "My mother was a kindly soul, as is my younger sister. I would like to give some unfortunate orphaned child the same chances and opportunities in life that any child should have."
Edgar smiled. "When you put it like that, it does sound like a fine idea, Gid." He added, "Shall we adopt a Muggle child or a magical one?"
Gideon raised an eyebrow. "Does it truly matter if our child can perform magic or not?"
Edgar stated, "No, but I will admit there are many things that I would like to teach him or her that simply cannot be taught to a Muggle."
Gideon beamed, "Yeah, good point. Magical it is then!"
