Mr. Stark? (Spider-Man)
Peter grunted as he was thrown into the side of the Statue of Liberty. The Green Goblin cackled at his pain as he stood up, grasping his now broken ribs. Even with the other two Spideys, they were getting their butts kicked. The Peter who was dating Gwen’s web snapped from the Sandman’s sudden blast of sand and he fell onto the scaffolding.
“Peter!” Both of the other Peters called out.
Other MJ Peter got tackled by the Lizard as he attempted to make his way to the fallen Spider-Man. Peter watched as Green Goblin began to make his way towards him, laughing as the dim light shone on his yellow eyes.
Suddenly, a blast of blue light slammed into the Goblin, knocking him aside and allowing Peter to swing down and kick away the Lizard.
“How are you Peter?” A familiar voice said over the comms.
“Which one?” Gwen Peter asked back.
“My Peter.” Tony Stark said, flying over to the teenager and landing in front of him.
“Mr. Stark!” He screamed, sprinting toward the man and tackling him in a hug.
“What’s going on here Peter? Last I knew, I had just snapped away Thanos’ army. What am I doing here?”
Tears flowed down Peter’s face as he stared at the suit that contained his father figure.
“You died! You left me? How are you here? Did the spell bring you here?”
“What spell? I died? You are going to have to explain this after we take care of all these guys. Please tell me you have a way of sending them back to wherever the hell they came from?”
Peter nodded.
“Mr. Strange is working on that right now. We just have to hold them off for a bit.”
“Then let’s get to work.”
The battle raged on until the sun started to rise once more. Finally, Dr. Strange finished the spell and the villains as well as the other Peters began to disappear. Tony began to go as well but the remaining Spider-Man grabbed him tight.
“No, Mr. Stark please stay!” He cried.
“Peter, you know if he stays, I can’t remove your identity from people’s memories. Are you okay with that?”
“Yes, he is the only one that I have left.”
Dr. Strange nodded, stopping the fading Tony and allowed him to become solid once more. Maybe, this time, our Spidey would have happy ending.
