The streets were flooded with people, some protesting, some cheering, and some just uninterested in the recent news.

On the front of every news station, newspaper, social media were the following statements and headlines:

'Yokohama Opening Borders For the First Time in 100 Years!'

'Will Yokohama Bring More Good Than Bad?'

'Hero Commission Sending MINORS to Investigate Yokohama?!'

'Hero Commission Is to Declare Yokohama A Part of Japan After 100 Years?'

'Were the Rumors True About Yokohama? We Are Close To Finding Out!'

'What Opening the Borders to Yokohama Might Mean For Us!'

'Will the Port Mafia From Yokohama Expand? Fear Spreads!'

'Has the Hero Commission Lost Its Mind?'

'Hero Commission Declines to Answer Questions!'

'After the Incident 5 Years Ago, Heroes are Meant to Re-Enter Yokohama!'

'Representatives From the Yokohama Government, The Armed Detective Agency, and The Port Mafia to Arrive AT UA!'

The Headlines were progressively getting more and more into the territory of fear mongering, while few were trying to see the good of Yokohama opening their borders.

_

As the fear spread, more and more heroes were dispatched to stop riots and violence among the citizens.

"Why are they letting them come to the school where our kids are?" One parent asked as they crowded around the gates of UA, where pro heroes were stationed, awaiting the arrival of the representatives.

Parents kept yelling at the pro heroes, but they were receiving no answers.

A reporter from a renowned news station was standing in front of the gate, reporting everything live to their audience.

"As we are standing in front of UA, we are getting reports that many of the UA students parents are upset with the decision that the Hero Commission made to meet the Yokohama representatives inside the UA building."

As the female reporter talked, heroes started to move her and her camera crew away from the gate.

"We are being forcibly removed from the UA gate," The woman said, as she glared at the hero moving her, Mt. Lady.

Just as the crowd was getting more rowdy due to watching the heroes get physical with the reporter and the crew, a car pulled up in front of the school.

_

People stood almost frozen, watching as a well-dressed man with glasses got out of the back of the car carrying a large briefcase and multiple files in his hands, alongside a woman with turquoise hair that wore a pretty laid back style suit, and she as well was carrying a briefcase with the initials MT on it.

"Ango-San, where will we meet with the others?" The woman asked the man with the glasses, the one she called Ango-San.

"Inside the building, come, Tsujimura," Ango said, motioning for the woman to follow him.

The heroes quickly made way for the two to walk through the gate, before someone from behind the UA gate announced their arrival.

"The representatives for the Yokohama Government have arrived!"

Just as the two entered the building, another car pulled up, this time, two men stepped out of it, one with blonde hair and glasses, who looked like he could use a good massage.

The other man looked quite childish, with a lollipop sticking out of his mouth.

"Ranpo-San, come on, you wanted to come, but now you're trying to get out of it," The blonde man scolded the other, grabbing the back of the other's shirt and pulling him towards the gate.

"But Kunikidaaaa, they are selling 35% off Dango!" The childish man yelled, trying to get out of the blonde's grip.

Many people watched the blonde, Kunikida, roll his eyes and just keep pulling the man.

As the got past the gate, their arrival was announced.

"The Armed Detective Agency representatives have arrived, we are only awaiting the Port Mafia representatives arrival now!"

Just then, three black cars pulled up, but only the one in the middle opened it's doors, and out stepped two women, one with beautiful scarlet hair kept in a bun and the other woman was significantly younger with dark blue hair kept in two low pig-tails down her back.

"Why must we have so many guards while the others only have one, Ane-San?" The younger woman asked the older woman.

"Because of who we are and what we represent, Kyouka-chan," The older woman answered, gently taking the younger woman's hand as they walked.

"The Port Mafia representatives have arrived!"

_

The crowd was now confused, these women were the representatives for the Port Mafia?

They all pictured big muscular men with guns, not some dainty women.

"Is this a joke?" A man in the crowd asked another man who was standing beside him, who looked just as confused.

"It has to be, no way those two women are in the mafia!" The other man exclaimed as he scoffed, "I mean, they don't even have quirks there!"

The heroes listening to their conversation wanted to intervene, but they were under strict orders not to reveal anything they knew to the public until the trial run was over.

_

More headlines appeared in the media, as the meeting continued, with no word on how it was going.

'Yokohama's Government Representatives The Most Prepared?'

'Too Childish To Be A Representative?'

'Women in the Port Mafia?'

'Are These Women Truly the Port Mafia Representatives?'

'Hero Commission Finally Makes Comment: The Negotiations May Last All Day.'

'Hero Commission's Comment Makes Citizens Nervous For Future!'

'Negotiations? What Are These Organizations Planning?'

'4th Hour Of Waiting, Could the "Negotiations" Not Be Going Well?'

'Should The Negotiations Have Taken Place Before the Announcement of Trial Run In Yokohama?'

'Representatives? Then WHY Bring So Many Armed Guards?'

'Port Mafia Spreads Fear as They Mention They Brought Guards!'

It took 10 long hours before the Yokohama representatives emerged from the building, all of them looking slightly smug and slightly irritated, as they walked together.

"Should we contact him and let him know that despite the disrespect, everything went well?" Kyouka asked her Ane-San, as they walked between Kunikida and Ango.

"Yes, we will call him once we get settled inside the car," The older woman said as she held the younger woman's hand, then whispered, so that only Kyouka hears, "I think it's best that no prying ears hear our conversation, especially when we tell him how that man disrespected our dear Chuuya."

"Ah, I need to call the president as well, but that can wait until we arrive at the hotel," Kunikida said as he looked to his partner for this trip. In reality, Kunikida was dreading it, he knew the moment that the researcher opened his mouth, it would not be good, and now he has to explain to Fukuzawa-San that plans will most likely not go as planned.

"Ugh, can't we just wait until morning?" Ranpo asked, finally eating the dango he wanted and made their guard go get him. Ranpo was just enjoying the chaos, if he was being honest, although he couldn't say he wasn't angry himself. Chuuya-San had became a good friend and to hear such disrespectful words spoken about him, it made him want to actually hit someone.

"I must inform our boss as well," Ango said, despite him not really caring about how his boss felt of their win, but rather what the repercussions might be from the Port Mafia for the Hero Commission's disrespect of one of their own. Although Ango can't blame them for whatever they decide to do, as he too feels something needs to be done before those heroes think they can just disrespect someone like Chuuya-San.

Then Ango shuddered, especially Chuuya-San. If that researcher said what he said in Yokohama, his body would be strung up and displayed as a warning.

The crowd that was still there watched the representatives with interest, as they listened to their conversation, before the crowd lit up with conversations of their own.

_

"The negotiations went well? Does that mean the Hero Commission gave them whatever they wanted?" A woman asked, grasping her chest, as if shocked.

"Oh my, that could mean terrible things will happen! How could the Hero Commission do this?"

"I wonder what the negotiations really were,"One man said, as he looked to the heroes, who were eyeing them.

"What disrespect is she talking about?" Someone closer to the gate asked as they looked around.

"Hard to say, but considering they said the negotiations went well, it's nothing to worry about," Another person said, as they placed a comforting hand on the person worrying.
