Izuku has a quirk now, but he remembers. He remembers what its like to be quirkless, to be beaten to ache desperately for someone to help him but to scared to call out. He will never forget. They wont either. So they wait and fragile hope was born.
aka the idea that, he goes to a quirkless support website and he calls out. I was one of you i will remember i will not forget just wait a while longer i will come. I will never forget. And i will force them to look.
At graduation he tells class A, he tells them the horror hidden and his plan. Together they will bring it to light and help them. Together. Aizawa knows his class will change the world after he sees the looks they all have the next day. ( someone who writes better please make this scene a chapter it Deserves more then i put into words)

Just as he said he would he apologizes for taking so long to those he called out to long ago and he tells he shows and he calls the world to rally. And they head his call.
The ones who remember the post oh so long ago they remember his promise. They see what he’s done. And they hope.
his class may not have lived it, but they understand after battles worn they will fight for this no matter how long it takes. They see him. And will follow.

after the world screamed they got better laws its not perfect nothing is but they will never be seen as nothing again after all.. Deku the number one hero was there once. And look at what he has done.

I think if i wrote it I’d have it go the post and the feeling around it, graduation and having class a understand have eraser there as well he counts, have it be 3rd view and eraser maybe? Then a press conference where he tells and calls out to them offering hope. Idk from there honestly but.. i want at least one view of someone who saw the post and remebers and cries at least once at the fact one of them (maybe not quite one of them anymore but he remembers he wont forget.
