Taehyun walked near Huening who was standing in the common room,
“Kai!” Taehyun called out,
“Yes Hyunnie?” Kai asked moving closer to Taehyun
“What did Harry ask you?”
“He asked why we were here” Huening replied and Taehyun was about to deal but decided against it as he heard, some rustling noise behind the furnace.
Taehyun pulled Huening into a hug and whispered near his ear,
“You didn’t actually tell him why...did you?” Taehyun whisper asked
“No. I did not” Huening replied and Taehyun sighed
“It’s going to be hard to convince Harry” Taehyun spoke, and before he could do anything 2 voices were heard
“Wingardium-“
“Homenum revelio” Huening yelled pointing his wand towards the furnace, to both of their surprise Hermoine came out of there with a smirk plastered on her face.
“So you thought you could hurt Harry?” She asked,
“Hurt Harry? Hermoine, why would we want to hurt Harry?” Taehyun asked in disbelief.
“I know you do. I heard you. Now spill” Hermoine replied through gritted teeth
“I’m not going to tell you anything hermoine, but all I want to tell you is stay out of this” Huening spoke, voice icy as he and Taehyun started to walk towards the door.
Hermoine tried to cast a spell, “stu-“
“Petrificus Totalus” Taehyun said and apologized before running away.
“Taehyun! It’s nice to see you over here” Soobin called out as he dragged, yeonjun along with him.
“Why are you panting? Have you two been causing trouble?”
“No hyungie. Hermoine suspected us. We kinda had to freeze her” Huening admitted
“FREEZE HER? YOU FROZE HERMOINE?” Ron suddenly asked from behind Soobin
“Temporarily!” Taehyun added nonchalantly
“And what is all this about suspecting you?” Ron asked, his suspicions arising too.
“She accused us of trying to hurt Harry!” Huening spoke,
“Ah, she must have been all worked up about the fact that you guys are basically at the top of the class. Hermoine doesn’t fancy that”
“It’s not our fault we are smarter!” Taehyun replied angrily, Huening squeezed his hand in order to calm him down because he could sense Taehyun’s eyes turning yellow.
“Let’s not go there” Ron spoke,
“Anyways, do you guys want to go out to the grounds?” Ron asked
“Yeah!” Beomgyu smiled
“When did you get here gyu?” Kai asked as beomgyu hugged him.
“Don’t even ask.”
“Haha, anyways the ground?! Let’s go!”
They all were walking upon the grounds, the grass being a little wet from all the rain last night.
“Oh what are those hoops for?” Taehyun asked flying up without a wand as Ron widened his eyes and panic spread over Huening, Beomgyu, Yeonjun and Soobin’s face.
So in quickly muttered, “obliviate!” towards Ron as Taehyun came down,
Ron blinked for a few seconds before asking
“How did we get here?”
“Oh, we were practicing different spells! Taehyun just cast obliviate hence you lost your memory”
“Oh that’s cool, how you were trying spells!” A girl’s voice suddenly said, and to the boys’ horror it was Hermoine
“Levicorpus” she pointed towards Huening who stayed where he was instead of floating by his ankle,
“Hermoine, is this some joke?” Yeonjun asked who was muttering a counter curse the entire time and stopped to talk
“Will you put your wand down Hermoine?” Ron asked
Hermoine lowered her wand as Harry appeared on the grounds,
“Harry! They have got hidden motives” Hermoine stated
“That’s a very bold accusation, Hermoine granger” Beomgyu spoke
“Guys?” Harry asked as Huening fell to the ground with a thud making Taehyun run to him and cradle his head.
“Oh no Huening!” Harry ran towards Huening and sat beside him, the younger laying down with a goofy smile
“Are you alright?” Harry asked to which Huening nodded before Taehyun picked him up and made him stand.
“Hermoine! I demand an explanation!” Harry spoke
“They are planning to kill you. They must support you know who” Hermoine said, with a glare.
The boys looked at her as if she had grown another head.
“Hermoine, if this is about class we won’t raise our hands anymore” Yeonjun spoke to which Hermoine rolled her eyes
“Harry believe me. They are dangerous” She said as Harry shook his head,
“Boys, come to the dorms for an important meeting” Harry informed as Hermoine started walking towards Hagrid’s cottage.
“Hello Hermoine!” Hagrid greeted holding a mug of what looked like chocolate milk in his hands.
“Hello hagrid,”
“Did yer wan’ somethin’” Hagrid asked, sensing her discomfort
“It’s the new kids!”
“Pretty good boys if yer ask me” Hagrid replied
“No they aren’t! They’re planning on killing Harry! I know they support Voldemort! I know they do!” Hermoine said with frustration hidden in her tone
“Now now Hermoine, it’s not fair to judge them!”
“I heard them! I really did-“
Hagrid, breathed in a deep breath as if stunned. He then went on to talk about his dragon eggs that he had gotten last week. Hermoine was more than frustrated, she was right! But both of her friends decided to abandon her for some hot foreigners which is why she waved good bye to Hagrid and went to their common room once more.
“Luna!” She yelled seeing her sitting on a couch,
“Hey there Hermoine” Luna greeted back with a smile
“I have got to tell you something! Just don’t tell anyone please?”
“Your secret is safe with me” Luna assured
“It’s about the new boys”
Luna looked at her, slightly tilting her head.
“Yes?”
“I heard them...planning to hurt Harry”
“Oh my! Really?! Oh my dear lord!” Luna spoke with widened eyes
“We have got to tell dumbledore” Hermoine spoke
“Does Harry know?” She asked
“I told him...but he doesn’t believe me” Hermoine whispered
“Should we tell professor Mc Gonagall?” Luna questioned and Hermoine nodded, she grabbed Luna by the hand and ran into a classroom, with professor Mc Gonagall sitting with what looked like a book in her hand, but it wasn’t English, the letters looked so well taught out yet it was confusing,
Hermoine wondered if it was a secret spell book.
Suddenly Severus appeared out of nowhere and Hermoine pulled Luna with her as they hid behind a table,
“Have you prepared the materials Severus?” She asked with a glint of worry in her eyes as she closed the book back and sighed.
“Yes, yes I have. I don’t think the Potter boy is aware, the boys are really good at this” Snape smiled a rare smile and showed his teeth making Luna gasp audibly.
“Who’s there?!” Snap yelled, looking back
Hermoine swallowed thickly as Professor McGonagall, started to talk towards their hiding spot.
Hermoine whispered a spell under her breath that caused a book to fall over next to Snape, and then they finally were distracted Hermoine and Luna both ran.
“Harry...you do trust us right?” Huening asked as the boys sat down, neville eyeing the newcomers
“Of course! O-ofcourse I do but it’s just Hermoine has never been wrong and I- you guys are great...but so was quirrel...and I mean..”
“So in easier words, you don’t trust us” Beomgyu spoke, a sigh leaving his pink lips.
“I don’t he should honestly” Neville spoke out, for the first time not scared
