Chapter 15).
We had all agreed, that the farm is no longer safe. We were all grateful that my dad, Sirius, was here but I could see that Remus was still staring at me and Teddy. I know that it hurts him but I know that I don't want to confuse Teddy. I just hope that Remus understands that. I know he will in time, and for now he is trying.
Dad is taking us to his place today to tell you the truth I really can't wait. It's not that I don't like this farm but that I can't stay longer. I was making sure that I had everything that I needed when I heard a scream and Carl called me. "MUMMY, HELP WALKERS!"
I ran out of the RV and grabbed my Sword. "Get the hell away from my son, you disgusting Inferi." I had killed 4 by the time dad and the gang came to help.
There were over 80 of them and the only thing that I cared about, was protecting my babies. Remus was the closest to me, so I shouted to him to take the kids into the house and keep them safe.
"I will, Harriet! I will protect them both," Remus says to me.
"Mummy I don't want to leave you," Carl says to me
"Carl, baby, I know. But I need you and your brother to be save. You keep your brother safe, ok," I said to Carl while trying to keep my own fear at bay.
"I will, I promise," Carl says while walking to the house with Remus and Teddy.
"I will keep them both safe. I promise you that. Teddy means a lot to me and now so does Carl," Remus says while trying to not get excited that he was holding Teddy. I thanked him and watched them go into Hershel's home.
I turned back to dad, who was now helping with the gang. "Dad, be careful, I can't lose you I only just got you back."
I panicked while watching a walker jump on dad. But I knew that there was no need to worry, as dad killed it. I watch as Snape goes and helps dad up. Before dad could say anything I was grabbed from behind. As I turned, a walker tried to talk a bite out of me. I could hear dad screaming my name "HARRIET!"
Before dad could cast his spell, I gripped my sword better and plunged it through the walker's head. It felt like hours while we killed the walkers, but in reality, it were only 20 minutes. Once they were all dead, I watched as Fred came over to me.
"Har, are you ok there?" Fred, asks me with a worried expansion.
"I'm fine it just winded me that's all," I said while turning to dad. "Daddy, really I'm ok I promise." I said while wrapping my arms around dad's waist. "Rick, love, you ok over there?" I gently say.
"I'm ok, my love," Rick answered me while walking over to me and kissing me.
"Your uncle ol'Merle, and my self are really proud of you Harriet," Uncle Daryl says to me. I told them that I was proud of them all and all I really wanted was to get my children.
I started to walk over to the house when the door opened and standing there was Carl. "Mom, dad," Carl happily says.
Wrapping him in the biggest hug ever. "Come on sweetheart let's go and get your brother," I replied to Carl. As we make our way back into the house, I was feeling overwhelmed by the emotion that Teddy was sending me.
"Teddy, my love,I'm happy you are ok and safe my love," I calmly say to Teddy while he wrapped his arms around me. "Sorry, mummy, me happy," Teddy happily said back to me.
I told Carl and Teddy that as soon as whatever was all ready we would our way to the prison. But before I could do anything, I needed to speak to Rick. Walking over to Rick, I told him that I needed to speak to him.
"Are you ok, my love?" Rick panicky asked me.
"No, my love, I just need to talk to you about something," I replied to Rick. He nod's his head to me.
"It regards Teddy. I have thought about this and I need to ask you as well, as you are his father too. I was thinking that Remus could be papa to Teddy. I know how much he misses his son. So what do you think?" I asked gently.
"I think it is perfect, as long as Remus understands that me and you are the main parents. I love both of my children," Rick tells me.
"Thank you, my love. We will always be Teddy and Carls's parents, my darling. I just think that Remus needs to feel that Teddy is still there. I will make Remus understand that," I replied to Rick. I kissed Rick on the lips and told him that I would go and speak to Remus, before we left to go to the prison.
I turned around to find Remus, and I found him talking to Sirius. I made my way over to him and gently asked, if I could talk to him. "Of course," Remus says.
Once we were outside on the porch and gestured to sit down. "Ok, Remus I just going to say this. I have spoken to Rick about this. As you know Rick and myself have blood adopted Teddy just like I did with Carl. We both would like you to still have a part in Teddy's life. So we would like you to be papa. Daddy's slot is taken up as Teddy calls Rick that. So what do you say?" I layed it out for Remus.
He is just looking at me, and I could tell that he was thinking really hard about this. "Harriet I would love to be papa to Teddy. Thank you!" Remus says while hugging me.
"But always remember, me and Rick are his parents most of all," I told him. Remus agreed with me. I hugged him and told him that we should all make a move on.
Once I was back in the house, I could tell that everyone was ready to leave. I told everyone to get in their vehicles so whatever could leave.
I told George and Fred to make sure that everything that was ours was back in our RV. They both told me that it was so. I got Teddy and Carl ready in the seats, and uncle Merle and uncle Daryl made sure to grab their things as they were with me. Dad and Snaps were also with me. "Well then let's get this party on the road shall we," I said to them all.
"Potter, I really don't see how this is a party," Snaps says to me.
"It is just a saying, that's all. Oh, and please call me Harriet or Harry," I replied back to Snape.
"Well, then I suppose you can call me Severus," Sev says.
"Are you sure you don't want me to call you dad as well," I said while trying not to laugh. The face that Sev gave me was priceless.
"Don't even think about it, Po-Harriet," Sev says to me.
"Well, come on Sev, you and my dad are getting pretty cosy with each other," I said to Sev. I could see that everyone was trying not to laugh, and I could hear Sev calling me a brat. I could not help myself as I broke out in laughter. But the harder I tried, the more Sev scowled at me.
But, all fun aside, finally we were very close to the prison. We took a turn, and finally, we were at the prison.
