CHAPTER 4).
DUMBLEDORE POV:
Where can that damn girl be? I need Harriet back to control her again. And I need to do that now. When Molly had told me she left and George and Fred went with her, I got angry. Harriet is supposed to marry Ronald.
But a while into searching for them, a deadly virus took over the whole fucking world. This infection spread and people were eating each other. It was something like Inferi. People who got bitten came back and wanted to feat on the flesh of the living. I know Voldemort did not do this because he was dead for good.
I know that she is still alive. I just didn't know where she was at the moment. When I find her, I will make her pay for ever thinking that she could leave.
A knock brought me out of my thoughts.
"Come in," I shouted out.
Ronald walks in, and I can already feel the headache coming.
"What can I do for you, my boy?” I asked with a sweet voice.
“When am I gonna get that bitches money? I need it, Dumbledore. I want to marry Hermione, not that dark bitch,” Ronald tells me.
“You know that you have to marry Harriet, to get all of her money. Voldemort is dead, and when Harriet dies, you will get everything she owns," I replied back to Ronald.
I watched him leave and thought about how I needed to know where she was. When she comes back, she won’t know what hit her. She is thinking that I am dead.
But what Dumbledore didn't know was that Harriet already knew that he was alive. She even knew what he was planning. She would not let him win.
“Albus, why is Miss Weasley talking about a marriage between Harriet and Ronald. You should know that she doesn’t even like Ronald like that,” Minerva tells me.
“My dear Minerva, it is all for the greater good,” I tried to tell her. I needed to think up a good enough reason that would placate her.
“Before Harriet began to show the signs of going dark. You know we can never let that happen, ” I tried to soothe her worries.
“No Albus, I saw her before she left with the Weasley twins, she was not turning dark. So what is up and don’t you even think about lying to me!” stated McGonagall.
Dam that woman, I don’t even know what to say to her.
“My dear, please just trust me. This needs to be done,” I tell her with a slightly stern tone in my voice. I watch as she leaves and contemplates that I have to make sure that she knows her place.
MINERVA POV:
Albus is up to something, but I will never let him hurt Harriet. Albus didn't know that James and Lily made Alice Longbottom and me the godmothers. Both Lily and James told us to keep it to ourselves as they didn’t trust Albus.
Albus also didn’t know that James had made Sirius her godfather. And Severus her second godfather in case Sirius couldn’t be there. I think I need to collect Severus, grab Sirius and a few other people, and go look for Harriet. Albus also didn’t know it, but Sirius had blood adopted Harriet when she was 13. Only Remus, Severus, and I knew this. Oh, and the Ministry of Magic.
I quickly made my way to the dungeons and found Severus making potions. I didn’t bother to knock on the door.
“Severus, we need to go find Harriet. Albus is trying to marry her off to Ronald. He is cooking up a story that she is turning dark. Will you come with me?” I asked Severus.
I watched Sev turn around to me. “I already know that Albus thinks that Harriet is turning dark. Though, I didn’t know about him wanting Harriet to marry that boy. Minnie, I will go with you. Sirius has already found a place to stay. It's a prison in the States. He and Remus, as well as a few others, went there and made the place safe. We will go there,” Severus tells me.
I told him that I was going to grab food and other supplies that we would need. I just needed to hope that Harriet finds us and Sirius.
