Chapter 2
The very next day Anabella woke up, got dressed, went downstairs to only see that her friends already were at the great hall and went out of the dormitory and towards the great hall. As she was walking to the great hall she felt someone grab her wrist and pulled her towards them. By reflex Anabella flinched but was only met with her brother’s hand which use to give her absence if safeness which now gave her the sence of danger. “ why did you run away when I called you Ana” Rabastan asked deceivingly soft but Anabella knows Rabastan enough to know that he does not mean to speak softly. “ Fuck off Lestrange, I don’t want to talk to you or your family now or ever” Anabella said truthfully, kicked her brother in the no no area and ran to the great hall with Rabastan Shouting at her to come back. Once she reached the great hall she automatically sat on Sirius’ lap. “ what happened stripes” James had asked, concerned and then Anabella told them everything that happened.
“wait so you told a seventh year, who is your own brother to fuck off and than kicked him in the balls” Sirius asked agian for the one millionth time and he was still laughing, well so was James but he was not making it public, just yet. Anabella nodded her head as they walked to their first class, Postions. Once they went into the postions lab, they automatically groaned when they saw Slytherin seventh years there. “Ah, Mr Potter, Mr Black, Mr Lupin and Miss Lestrange, the seventh year Slytherins are going to help me out throughout the school year with the fifth years, now Mr Black your seventh year partner is Miss Greengrass, Mr Potter your are with Mr Rosier, Mr Lupin you are with miss black and Anabella dear you are with your brother” Professor slughorn said. “WHAT!?” Anabella, Remus, Sirius and James yelled. Professor slughorn sighed and told them what he had said which made Anabella, Remus,Sirius and James glare Rabastan who was just smirking at his sister.
before Anabella could open her mouth to ask for a change of partners, Professor Slughorn shook his head and Anabella sighed. She made her way to where her brother is glaring daggers at him. When Anabella, sat down and automatically faced Professor Slughorn who was talking and instructing them what to do. “Ok now off you go and brew this postion my kids” Slughorn said cheerfully. Anabella made her way to get the ingredients and started working when she came back. “Ana you are doing it wrong, the book says that you add the wolf bane before the Lizard Rose petals” Rabastan said annoying her. He had been doing this for the whole time she was doing the postion and she was not doing it incorrectly, it was the book that was in correct. Rabastan was about to say something agian when Anabella just snapped. “RABASTAN LEO LESTRANGE WOULD YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP FOR ONCE AND LET FINISH THE POTION WITH OUT YOU ANNOYING ME FOR MERLIN SAKE!” Anabella shouted as she was just about to finish the potion. Everyone was looking at her and when she finished her potion she went to flagged Professor Slughorn to inspect the potion.
Once Professor Slughorn had checked and was indeed impressed with Anabella once agian, he had allowed her to go. Anabella gave one last glare at her brother and left the potions lab with her friend Remus right behind her because he had also finished and wanted to check up on her as well. Soon after Sirius and James went out of the potions lab and had asked what had happened. So Anabella had told them what had happened. Sirius was furious and so was James but they let it go this one time and made their way to care of magical creatures.
Care of magical creature was the most fun subject so far today for Anabella because her brother does not do those things. She had learnt about Sliver phoenix’s and how to take good care of them. Like usual Anabella was doing perfectly and the Professor had said that they had to look after a silver Phoenix for a whole week which made Anabella grin with happiness.
